Cel główny: Wyższa zdolność do podjęcia zatrudnienia 60 osób (min 36K) w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj.lubuskiego, pozostających bez pracy niezarejestrowanych w PUP jako bezrobotne,100% osób biernych zawodowo,znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy.Cel zostanie osiągnięty dzięki zwiększeniu motywacji,sprecyzowaniu celów zawodowych, nabyciu kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego oraz umiejętności skutecznego poszukiwania zatrudnienia wśród tej grupy docelowej, w okresie od 01.01.2018 do 31.12.2018. Grupa docelowa to 60 (min 36 kobiet) osób pozostających bez pracy niezarejestrowanych w PUP jako bezrobotne,100% to osoby bierne zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej. Wsparciem objęte zostaną wyłącznie osoby znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, z obszaru woj.lubuskiego. Zadania -IPD -grupowe poradnictwo zawodowego -szkolenie zawodowe -staż -pośrednictwo pracy. Rezultaty: L.osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu-min 25os. L.osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-min 18os. (Polish)
