The project focuses on research and development on a system based on a network of interactive equipment deployed in the facilities and public spaces. A modern equipment is designed to respond to the needs of society. The introduction of this system into the structure of cities will make it possible to create a coherent, logical and efficient information system, providing publicly accessible e-services in public places. Interactive equipment will ensure the free use of online services, as well as an information medium that will enable the institutions to communicate continuously with the residents. The introduction of multimedia devices which give people access to useful, safe, simple tools in use and accessible to the public. The interactive equipment can be displayed by residents in tourist attractions, current weather, food outlets, family-friendly spaces, as well as the search of the points directly concerned by the users. The apparatus will be equipped with a screen, the use of which is the medium of advertising and advertising. The introduction of an integrated interactive communication system with the public will affect and increase the potential and economic development of the city and region. Implementation is designed to overcome barriers related to digital exclusion in three areas — information, mental and economic. The project will be carried out in partnership with the Company Netrix IT, which will be responsible for the creation and testing of software. The main objective of the project is to increase the R & D capacities of the project partners and develop the product innovation in the form of Integrated Interactive Communications System of dedicated public spaces, to be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives (description in the Business Plan) and project indicators (description of Section C II). Przedmiotem projektu są prace badawczo - rozwojowe nad system opartym na sieci interaktywnych urządzeń rozmieszczonych w obiektach i przestrzeni publicznej. Nowoczesne urządzenie ma za zadanie odpowiadać na potrzeby społeczeństwa. Wprowadzenie przedmiotowego systemu do struktury miast umożliwi stworzenie spójnego, logicznego i sprawnego systemu informacyjnego, dostarczającego ogólnodostępne e-usługi w miejscach publicznych. Interaktywne urządzenia zapewnią bezpłatne korzystanie z usług internetowych, jak również będą medium informacyjnym, które umożliwi stałą komunikację instytucji z mieszkańcami. Wprowadzenie urządzeń multimedialnych zapewnieni mieszkańcom dostęp do narzędzi użytecznych, bezpiecznych, prostych w stosowaniu i powszechnie dostępnych. Interaktywne urządzenie może prezentować mieszkańcom atrakcje turystyczne, aktualną pogodę, punkty gastronomiczne, miejsca przyjazne rodzinom, jak również umożliwi wyszukiwanie punktów którymi bezpośrednio zainteresowani są użytkownicy. Urządzenie będzie posiadać ekran, którego zastosowanie to nośnik reklamy oraz ogłoszeń. Wprowadzenie zintegrowanego systemu komunikacji interaktywnej ze społeczeństwem wpłynie i przełoży się na wzrost potencjału oraz rozwój gospodarczy miasta i regionu. Wdrożenie ma za zadanie przełamanie barier związanych z wykluczeniem cyfrowym w trzech obszarach - informacyjnym, mentalnym i ekonomicznym. Przedmiotowy projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie ze Spółką Netrix IT, która odpowiedzialna będzie za stworzenie oprogramowania do totemu oraz przeprowadzenie testów. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie potencjału B+R Partnerów projektu oraz opracowanie innowacji produktowej w postaci Zintegrowanego Interaktywnego Systemu Komunikacji dedykowanego przestrzeni publicznej, który zostanie osiągnięty poprzez osiągnięcie celów szczegółowych (opis w Biznes Planie) oraz wskaźników projektu (opis Sekcja C II).
