Main objective of the project: from 15.10.2016 to 14.10.2018 the professional equipment for TI, THK, TH and 40 students (23K 13M) and 6 teachers (3K 3M) in the ZS for professional activities in combination with the socio-economic environment, in order to improve their employability in the regional labour market. This will ensure the quality of education through the retrofitting of workshops and workshops with state-of-the-art teaching equipment and materials, and further training and qualification of teaching staff. This will result in improving the efficiency of vocational training and adapting the vocational education system to the needs of the labour market. As part of the ZS project, the ZS will receive support in the form of fixed assets and professional equipment (for THK, TI, TH-description in 4.1.1) and the development of key competences. The project will contribute to expanding the professional offer of education in the ZS of Wolbórz, to improve the quality of vocational training combined with an intensive system of practical activities, to minimise the problem of adapting vocational training to the needs of the labour market for skilled workers. Cel główny projektu: od 15.10.2016 do 14.10.2018 doposażenie pracowni zawodowych dla kierunków TI,THK,TH oraz podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych przez 40 uczniów (23K 13M) i 6 nauczycieli (3K 3M) ZS Wolbórz poprzez udział w zajęciach specjalistycznych i stażach zawodowych w połączeniu z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym WŁ, służących poprawie zdolności do ich zatrudnienia na regionalnym rynku pracy. Zapewni to wysoką jakość kształcenia dzięki doposażeniu warsztatów i pracowni w nowoczesny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne oraz doskonalenie zawodowe i podnoszenie kwalifikacji kadry dydaktycznej szkolnictwa zawodowego. Rezultatem działań będzie poprawa efektywności kształcenia zawodowego oraz dostosowanie systemu edukacji zawodowej do potrzeb rynku pracy WŁ. W ramach projektu ZS Wolbórz otrzyma wsparcie w postaci środków trwałych i wyposażenia pracowni zawodowych(dla THK,TI,TH–opis w 4.1.1) i rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozszerzenia zawodowej oferty edukacyjnej w ZS Wolbórz, podniesienia jakości kształcenia zawodowego połączonej z intensywnym systemem zajęć praktycznych, zminimalizowania problemu dostosowania kształcenia zawodowego do zapotrzebowania rynku pracy na wykwalifikowanych pracowników. W ramach projektu wsparcie uzyska 46 BO(30K i 16M), w szczególności poprzez: -odznaki jeździeckie i w powożeniu -kurs kelnersko/barmański -kurs Adobe Photoshop -staże zawod.u pracodawców w regionie -zajęcia pozalekcyjne (j.niemiecki zawodowy, programowanie, multimedia) -studia podyplom./kursy kwalif. dla n-li (Polish)
