Cel główny: Podniesienie aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia na rynku pracy przez 20 K -opiekunów prawnych dzieci w w do lat 3 zamieszkałych na terenie woj. łódzkiego, gminy Gorzkowice w okresie 01.07.2018 – 30.06.2020r. (i min w okresie trwałości), poprzez objęcie opieką dzieci w ramach żłobka. W wyniku działań projektowych na terenie woj. łódzkiego w obrębie Gminy Gorzkowice zwiększy się dostępność do miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w postaci instytucjonalnej (żłobek), co ułatwi osobom sprawującym opiekę nad najmłodszymi dziećmi godzenie życia zawod i rodzinnego. Projekt wpisuje się tym samym bezpośrednio w realizację celu szczegółowego PI 8IV: Wzrost poziomu aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3.
