The aim of the “Academy of Professionals 2” project is to increase the skills and professional qualifications and social skills of 60/40/20 of the inhabitants of the 18-65 age group at risk of poverty and social exclusion and to restore the employability of 04.2020.     Celem projektu "Akademia Zawodowców 2" jest podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz umiejętności społecznych 60/40/20 mieszkańców z obszaru ŁOM w wieku 18-65 zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia do 04.2020. Działania: warsztaty społeczno – edukacyjno (m.in.: praca w grupie, techniki poszukiwania pracy, CV, zarządzanie budżetem, rozmowa kwalifikacyjna, przygotowanie Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji); ścieżki zawodowe: Obsługa klienta/przedstawiciel handlowy; Barmanka/barman; Konserwator terenów zielonych; Pracownik biurowy z elementami rejestracji medycznej i obsługą komputera; Magazynier z obsługą suwnic, Pracownik biurowy/specjalista ds. rekrutacji prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji/kwalifikacji zawodowych, staże pozwalające nabyć doświadczenie, poradnictwo zawodowe i psychologiczne oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Wsparcie zindywidualizowane, kompleksowe, adekwatne do preferencji i potencjału UP, na bieżąco aktualizowana IŚR. Działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO WŁ 2014-20. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągniecie efektywności społeczno zatrudnieniowej, przybliżenie do rynku pracy poprzez aktywizację społeczną, wzrost samoświadomości dot. konieczności podjęcia zatrudnienia, wzrost motywacji do wyjścia z domu, poprawa stanu zdrowia, zwiększenie pewności siebie.
