GD: — 100 % of UP are people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, with: becachatowski, who has undergone of rural areas (100 % of rural areas (DEGURBA10) — a maximum of 50 % of the population receiving social assistance benefits from rural areas (DEGURBA3) — a minimum of of the population is on the one hand in a moderate or substantial degree of disability or with hard disabilities or mental disorders after a minimum of 3 UP actions will be taken: Activity 1 Development of Individual Entitlements of Social Integration — 5h/UP — Task 2 Specialised advisory support — 8h/UP — Task 3: task 20: task 2: task 5: task 4: task 12h/UP Task 6: 10h/UP Zadanie Professional services h/UP: 10h/UP Zadanie 7 Professional coaching 3h/UP. the support will significantly increase the chances of the UP for social and professional activation and will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the ROP ROP. Cel projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 20 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które pozostają bez zatrudnienia, w wieku 18-67 lat zamieszkujące na terenie WŁ, w tym min.50% niepełnosprawnych (ON) (zg.z kryterium premiującym 2), prowadzące do powrotu na rynek pracy oraz integracji ze społeczeństwem poprzez realizację indywidualnie dobranych, kompleksowych ścieżek reintegracji w okresie 01.08.2018-31.07.2019. GD: - 100% UP to osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z pow.: bełchatowskiego, poddębickiego, wieluńskiego, tj. pow. o największej liczbie osób korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej na 10 tys. mieszkańców - 100% UP z terenów wiejskich (DEGURBA3) - min. 50% UP to ON w umiarkowanym lub znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności lub ze sprzężonymi niepełnosprawnościami lub zaburzeniami psychicznymi Po projekcie min. 3 UP znajdzie zatrudnienie Działania: Zadanie 1 Opracowanie Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji Społecznej – 5h/UP Zadanie 2 Specjalistyczne wsparcie doradcze – 8h/UP Zadanie 3 Poradnictwo zawodowe - 20h (2 gr x 10h) Zadanie 4 Szkolenia Zadanie 5 Pośrednictwo pracy 12h/UP Zadanie 6 Staże zawodowe 3mce/UP Zadanie 7 Wsparcie coachingowe - 10h/UP Dzięki ww. wsparciu znacznie wzrosną szanse UP na aktywizację społeczną i zawodową i na zdobycie zatrudnienia, a to przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO WŁ.
