Geplant ist die Errichtung eines 4-Sterne-Hotelneubaus mit einer Kapazität von 87 Gästezimmern und insgesamt 197 Betten. Das Betriebsgrundstück an der "Perlebucht" befindet sich - mit einer Größe von rd. 10.500 m² - in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und wird von der Gemeinde Büsum im Rahmen eines Erbpachtvertrages übergeben. Mit dem Vorhaben ist die Schaffung von ca. 50 neuen Dauerarbeitsplätzen verbunden. (German)

The farm plot on the “Perlebucht” is located — with a size of about 10.500 m² — in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is handed over by the municipality of Büsum under a lease agreement.
