As a result of the project, an innovative service will be developed to monitor, detect deficiencies of freight wagons (flat over fyears, pancakes, skiing) by means of vibration diagnostics and a network of sensors (bearing temperature sensors, tank pressure sensor, tank pressure sensor) in order to provide the so called Predictive Maintenance. The project will bring both the equipment and the sensors for the collection of vibration, location and sensory data and the algorithms for the processing of these data in the IT system will be constructed. All of them are sold as a comprehensive service — on the one hand, the owners of the rolling stock will be kept up to date on the condition of the machinery and will be able to determine the likelihood of problems on an ongoing basis and, on the other hand, they will receive specific location data — that is, the information where the rolling stock is located at that moment. This allows for a significant reduction in service costs, accidents, reduction of downtime, while at the same time extending the lifetime of wagons. The service has been developed as part of the project and is innovative, innovative information about accidents — installation of equipment directly on rolling stock (instead of on track as in competition) to inform customer solutions regardless of where the wagon is at a given moment. The project envisages carrying out industrial research and experimental development in the framework of the 11 tasks described in detail in section. G.1 of the application. This work will be carried out in parallel in a number of thematic areas: information technology, mechatronics, electronics and development from industrial design. All of the above works will lead to the level of readiness of technology for production implementation (TRL9). (English) | |||

W efekcie realizacji projektu zostanie opracowana innowacyjna usługa monitorowania, wykrywania usterek wagonów towarowych (powierzchnie płaskie flat wheel, nalepy, narosty) poprzez diagnostykę wibracyjną oraz sieć sensorów (czujniki temperatury łożysk, czujnik ciśnienia gazu w cysternie) w celu zapewnienia tzw. prognozowanego utrzymania według stanu (ang. predictive maintenance). W ramach projektu powstaną zarówno autorskie urządzenia i czujniki do zbierania danych wibracyjnych, lokalizacyjnych i sensorycznych, jak również zbudowane zostaną algorytmy do przetwarzania tych danych w systemie informatycznym. Całość sprzedawana będzie jako usługa o kompleksowym charakterze – z jednej strony właściciele taboru otrzymywać będą na bieżąco informacje o stanie maszyn i będą mogli wyznaczać na bieżąco prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia problemów, z drugiej zaś otrzymają szczegółowe dane lokalizacyjne – a więc informacje gdzie w danym momencie znajduje się tabor. Pozwala to na znaczące zmniejszenie kosztów serwisu, awarii, zmniejszenie przestojów, przy jednoczesnym wydłużeniu żywotności wagonów. Usługa powstała w ramach projektu stanowi innowacyjny, nowatorski sposób informowania o awariach – montaż urządzeń bezpośrednio na taborze (zamiast na torowisku jak u konkurencji), dzięki czemu informacje zasilać będą rozwiązania klientów niezależnie od tego, gdzie wagon znajduje się w danym momencie. Projekt przewiduje przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych oraz eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych w ramach 11 zadań opisanych szczegółowo w pkt. G.1 wniosku. Prace te będą prowadzone równolegle w kilku zakresach tematycznych: informatyka, mechatronika, elektronika i prace rozwojowe z zakresu wzornictwa przemysłowego. Całość ww. prac doprowadzi do poziomu gotowości technologii umożliwiającego wdrożenie produkcyjne (TRL9). (Polish)
