The need for a project has been in place for a long time and is due to the need to address the defined problems of the inhabitants as regards access to renewable energy sources. The current state and scope of RES installations in the municipality generates a number of nuisances and problems in different areas, i.e. the economy, the state of the environment and the regulatory regime that applies to all stakeholder groups. The sum of solar irradiance in the horizontal plane per year is 1 100 kWh/(m².a), which provides favourable conditions for the development of RES. The main objective of the project is to achieve the ecological effect of increasing the production of electricity from renewable sources in the municipality. The direct objective of the project is to design, purchase, supply and assemble 223 micro-installations of RES, including 100 micro-installations PV, 104 solar collectors and 19 biomass boilers designed to partially meet household demand for electricity and heat. The project is divided into 4 tasks, in 3 construction tasks. Z1 consists of the purchase and assembly of a complete installation of PV equipped with a set of solar modules for solar energy to be generated for own use, with the possibility to send surplus energy to the electricity grid on a Net-match basis. Each of the micro-installations set up will also operate in an ‘on-grid’ scheme, which means that the installation of PV is connected to the electricity grid. The construction of the Z2 consists of the purchase and installation of micro-installation of solar collectors for the purpose of obtaining c.o. and hot service water. the Z3 consists of the purchase and assembly of 19 biomass boilers up to 25 kW. The target group that will benefit from the project will be: Inhabitants of buildings where the RES installations will be installed throughout the municipality due to the improvement of air quality of the municipality. The project is implementing the concept of universal design. All outputs and results of the project will be available according to 8 rules (English)

Potrzeba realizacji projektu istnieje od dłuższego czasu i wynika z konieczności rozwiązania zdefiniowanych problemów mieszkańców w zakresie dostępu do odnawialnych źródeł energii. W skład Z2 budowlanych wchodzi zakup i montaż mikroinstalacji kolektorów słonecznych, służących uzyskaniu c.o. i c.w.u. Wszystkie produkty i rezultaty projektu będą dostępne zgodnie z 8 reguł (Polish)
