The device shall consist of a model counter, fitted with at the same time a portable housing, programmable, 3-phase source of power and voltage, with a phase shift between voltage and voltage. This will allow checking the accuracy of the energy meters installed on the full load facility. The testing will take place both without disconnecting the operation of the meter from the net to the standstill or forced load as well as the meter disconnected from the network. In addition, it will be possible to verify the correctness of network connections and of the transmission of generators. The apparatus will be equipped with USB, Bluetooth and Ethernet interfaces enabling them to work with software for PC class computers. [...] (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu będą eksperymentalne prace badawczo – rozwojowe polegające na opracowaniu, wykonaniu i badaniu innowacyjnego urządzenia wzorcowego, znajdującego zastosowanie w testowaniu i wzorcowaniu elektronicznej aparatury pomiarowej, a zwłaszcza liczników energii, przekładników prądowych, mierników prądu napięcia i mocy oraz analizatorów jakości energii zarówno w warunkach laboratoryjnych jak i przemysłowych na miejscu ich zainstalowania. Urządzenie będzie składało się z licznika wzorcowego, wyposażonego jednocześnie we wbudowane we wspólnej, przenośnej obudowie, programowalne, 3-fazowe źródło prądu i napięcia z regulowanym przesunięciem fazowym między prądem a napięciem. Pozwoli to na sprawdzanie dokładności liczników energii zainstalowanych na obiekcie w pełnym zakresie obciążeń. Testowanie będzie mogło się odbywać zarówno bez odłączania pracującego licznika od sieci przy zastanym lub wymuszonym obciążeniu jak i licznika odłączonego od sieci. Ponadto możliwe będzie sprawdzenie poprawności połączeń sieci oraz przekładników prądowych. Urządzenie wyposażone będzie w interfejsy komunikacyjne USB, Bluetooth i Ethernet umożliwiające pracę z oprogramowaniem na komputery klasy PC.[...] (Polish)
