The project will carry out industrial research and development to develop and assemble internally and with its own research staff, a new collection of non-glazed Greek tiles with unique ornamental effects and high resistance and resistance to the interior and exterior indoor and outdoor walls of residential and public buildings and industrial facilities. New products will be produced in the course of the survey and will be produced using an innovative global colour technology (first global implementation). The new products will be new on the market. This will be the first implementation of the products produced by this technology and the project will make it possible to break down technology barriers and acquire new knowledge. The project shall require the testing, technological and physico-chemical tests of the various stages of the production process of the panels, including: • Industrial research — laboratory work• Experimental development — verification of laboratory assumptions through technological sampling. Development of prototypes of new tiles. • Experimental development — technology tests on production lines. To implement the project, the applicant plans to engage its own personal resources. The results obtained as a result of the research will be implemented by the Applicant in its own economic activities. This will result in the diversification of this activity, i.e. the widening of the range of new innovative ceramic tiles and the presence of diffusion effects (collaboration in the project with SMEs — the firm Lubrina and the scientific unit — the Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials). This will result in a significant expected increase in the company’s revenues for the sale of a new type of ceramic tiles. (English) | |||

Przedsięwzięcie wymaga przeprowadzenia badań, prób technologicznych i fizykochemicznych poszczególnych etapów procesu produkcji płyt, w tym: • Badania przemysłowe – prace laboratoryjne • Eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe - weryfikacja założeń laboratoryjnych poprzez próby technologiczne. Opracowanie prototypów nowych płytek. • Eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe - próby technologiczne na linii produkcyjnej. Do realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca planuje zaangażować własne zasoby osobowe. (Polish)
