The Applicant project includes the construction and equipment of the necessary infrastructure of the Research and Development Centre in the areas of innovative warehousing — logistics (hereinafter ‘CBR’) for the ZPOW Agros Nova Spółka z o.o. Sp.k. (hereinafter ‘the Company/Applicant/Company)’. It is planned to purchase the necessary infrastructure which is directly linked to the objectives of the project, which will serve to carry out the work of R & D for the development of innovative technologies and storage solutions, sets of preparations. The project creates new jobs and a sustainable, coherent and multidimensional cooperation with research centres (the Institute for Logistics and Magazania in Poznan) and SMEs (Quantum QGUAR Sp. z o.o.) during the implementation of the B + R & D agenda. the new CBR measures, the proposed innovations will help to consolidate the position and build the competitive advantage of the Company and the Group on the market of the FMCG. The development and deployment of the Research and Development Centre will allow the development of optimal stock management methods, logistics processes, transport management, storage, flow of materials, optimal resource management and the creation of conditions for generating more ideas and technological concepts which can bring significant benefits for the development and optimisation of storage and logistics processes on the Applicant’s Enterprise and MAPEX. Within the framework of the project, the Company will set up its own Research and Development Centre and launch a research and development programme, the results of which — innovative process solutions, technological solutions — will be implemented in the Applicant’s own activities, as well as companies belonging to the MAPEX Group. The R & D agenda will focus on the areas BigData, the Internet of Things, advanced data mining and artificial intelligence, which is in line with the concept of Industry 4.0/Logistyki 4.0. Projekt Wnioskodawcy obejmuje budowę oraz jego wyposażenie w niezbędną infrastrukturę Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego w obszarach innowacyjnych procesów magazynowo – logistycznych (dalej zwanego w skrócie CBR) dla ZPOW Agros Nova Spółka z o.o. Sp. k. (dalej zwana Spółką/Wnioskodawcą/Firmą ). Planuje się zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury pozostającej w bezpośrednim związku z celami projektu, która służyć będzie prowadzeniu prac B+R na rzecz opracowania innowacyjnych technologii i rozwiązań z zakresu procesów magazynowych, kompletacyjnych. Projekt zakład stworzenie nowych miejsc pracy oraz trwałą, spójną i wielowymiarową współpracę z ośrodkami badawczymi (Instytut Logistyki i Magazynowania w Poznaniu) i przedsiębiorstwami z sektora MŚP (Quantum Qguar Sp. z o.o.) w trakcie realizacji agendy B+R. Całość działań nowego CBR, proponowane innowacje przyczynią się do umocnienia pozycji i budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej Spółki i Grupy na rynku FMCG. Budowa oraz uruchomienie Centrum Badawczo – Rozwojowego pozwoli na opracowanie optymalnych metod zarządzania gospodarką magazynową, procesami logistycznymi, zarządzania transportem, magazynem, przepływem materiałów, optymalnego zarządzania zasobami oraz stworzeniem warunków do generowania większej ilości pomysłów i koncepcji technologicznych, których realizacja może przynieść znaczne korzyści dla rozwoju i optymalizacji procesów magazynowania i logistyki w skali przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy oraz Grupy Maspex. W ramach projektu Spółka utworzy własne Centrum Badawczo – Rozwojowe i rozpocznie realizację programu badawczo – rozwojowego, którego rezultaty – innowacyjne rozwiązania procesowe, technologiczne – wdrożone zostanę we własną działalność Wnioskodawcy oraz spółek należących do Grupy Maspex. Agenda B+R dotyczyć będzie obszarów BigData, Internet of Things, zaawansowanej eksploracji danych oraz sztucznej inteligencji, co zgodne jest z koncepcją Przemysłu 4.0/Logistyki 4.0.
