Creation and function. 4 clubs, with 40 seats, including adaptation and renovation of buildings, adapted to the needs of incomplete, independent and older ones. Purchase of fixed assets in the form of club equipment. The creation of home conditions in friendly clubs. Provision of eligible care for the users of the clubs, participation in activities taken by the assisted clubs, the provision of services in a local community 2. Active process support services: see, for example, legal, psychological and family support, educational, information, animation and therapeutic meetings. 40 will be supported.
