The project is a project aimed at improving the state of a residential building in the area of regeneration, located at ul. Lubańska 40 in Nowogrodziec. The project results from the 2016-2023 Local Revitality of the Nowogrodziec municipality. The scope of the work envisaged in the project includes the renewal of the parts of the common multi-apartment buildings consisting of: renovation of the roof (replacement of stitching and postponement of chimneys together with insulation of the cowls together with the replacement of the roof window (s) for the mineral wool), the renovation of the electrical installations in the joint components, the installation of the RTV SAT antenna and the performance of the insulation insulation of the building. The project will result in the support of 1 residential buildings, resulting in a 4.54 % level of indirect achievement of the indicator “Number of infrastructure facilities in regenerated areas identified” for 2018 in accordance with the SZOOP ROP WD 2014-2020. In addition, the project will contribute to achieving the 1.37 % target of the indicator “rehabilitated housing in urban areas”. the optimal option is based on an option analysis, multi-criteria analysis and through the analysis of technical options (DGC method). The project applicant is the Housing Community ul. Lubańska No 40 in Nowogrodziec. The WM will be responsible for the realisation of the material scope of the project. The Community shall be represented by: The Olszyna Multilateral Company (in accordance with the mandate and mandate attached to the application) which will represent it on its behalf in the application of ROP 2014-2020 ROP. On behalf of the applicant, the object of the work will be carried out by a specialised firm who carries out the work. The infrastructure operator supported by the project will be ul. Lubańska No 40. WSPÓLNOTA MIESZKANIOWA UL. LUBAŃSKA 40 W NOWOGRODŹCU

Projekt jest przedsięwzięciem służącym poprawie stanu budynku mieszkalnego na obszarze rewitalizacji, zlokalizowanego przy ul. Lubańskiej 40 w Nowogrodźcu. Projekt wynika z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Nowogrodziec na lata 2016-2023. Zakres prac przewidzianych w projekcie obejmuje odnowę części wspólnych wielorodzinnych budynków polegającą na: remoncie dachu (wymiana poszycia i przełożenie kominów wraz ocieplenie stropu i wymianą okien dachowych(poddasza) wełna mineralną), remoncie instalacji elektrycznych w częściach wspólnych, montażu anteny zbiorczej RTV SAT oraz wykonaniu izolacji przeciwwilgociowej budynku. Efektem prac w ramach projektu będzie wsparcie 1 budynku mieszkalnego, co przełoży się na poziom 4,54% stopnia osiągnięcia pośredniej wartości wskaźnika „Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach określonego” dla 2018 roku zgodnie z SZOOP RPO WD 2014-2020. Projekt przyczyni się ponadto do osiągnięcia 1,37 % zakładanej wartości wskaźnika „Wyremontowane budynki mieszkalne na obszarach miejskich” Wyboru optymalnego wariantu realizacji dokonano w oparciu o analizę opcji, analizę wielokryterialną oraz poprzez analizę opcji technicznych (metoda DGC). Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa ul. Lubańska nr 40 w Nowogrodźcu. WM będzie odpowiedzialna za realizację rzeczowego zakresu projektu. Wspólnota reprezentowana jest przez Zarządcę Nieruchomości: Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe „Olszyna” (zgodnie z załączonym do wniosku pełnomocnictwem i upoważnieniem), który w jej imieniu będzie ją reprezentowała w ramach aplikowania o środki w ramach RPO WD 2014-2020. W imieniu wnioskodawcy przedmiot tych prac będzie realizowany przez wyspecjalizowaną firmę wykonującą w/w zakres robót. Operatorem infrastruktury wspartej w ramach projektu będzie Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa ul. Lubańska nr 40. (Polish)
