The project in favour of parents of a small child is a partnership between local government and one NGO. The partners have jointly planned and prepared the project. The aim of the project is to increase the availability of childcare places for children up to the 3s and to allow 32 people to return to work or to find a job through the creation of 32 crèche places at the place of the debtor and to adapt 2 places to the needs of children with disabilities during the period from 01.03.2021 to 31.05.2023. 01.06.2021-31.05.2023. The project targets two groups of recipients, i.e. unemployed or inactive people who are out of the labour market due to childcare obligations up to the 3s and those working with childcare until the 3s. As part of the project, we will equip, purchase teaching aids and employ a crèche and ensure the day-to-day running. The crèche will operate for a period of 10 hours between 7.00 hours and 17.00 hours. The working hours will be adapted to the needs of parents and legal guardians. All activities will be carried out free of charge. Without the additional support from the European Union, the planned activities could not be realised. During the lifetime of the project and during the lifetime of the project, there will be no double financing of the costs of the ESF project in respect of the same place for the same place for the period of the project. during the implementation of the project, we will abide by national laws at any stage of the project. the Applicant (Lander — Municipality of the debtor) has selected the partner in accordance with Article 33 of the Act of 11 July 2014 on the principles governing the implementation of cohesion policy programmes financed under the 2014-2020 financial perspective (Dz. Projekt Żłobek w gminie Płużnica - wsparcie dla rodziców małego dziecka jest partnerstwem samorządu lokalnego i jednej ngo. Partnerzy wspólnie zaplanowali i przygotowali projekt. Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności miejsc świadczenia usług opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 orazumożliwienie powrotu do pracy lub znalezienia pracy 32 osobom poprzez utworzenie 32 miejsc opieki w żłobku w miejsowości Płużnica oraz dostosowanie 2 miejsc do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnością, w okresie od 01.03.2021 do 31.05.2023 r. Bieżąca działność żłobka 24 miesiące, tj. 01.06.2021-31.05.2023. Projekt skierowany jest do dwóch grup odbiorców tj. osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązki opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz osoby pracujące sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3.W ramach planowanych działań utworzony zostanie nowy podmiot- żłobek w nowowybudowanym budynku w miejscowości Płużnica. W ramach projektu wyposażymy lokal, zakupimy pomoce dydaktyczne oraz zatrudnimy kadrę żłobka oraz zapewnimy bieżące funkcjonowanie. Żłobek funkcjonować będzie przez 10 godzin w ciągu dnia w godzinach od 7.00 do 17.00. Godziny funkcjonowania będą dostosowane do potrzeb rodziców i prawnych opiekunów. Wszystkie działania realizowane w projekcie będą nieodpłatne. Bez dodatkowego wsparcia z Unii Europejskiej zaplanowanych działań nie można by było zrealizować. W okresie realizacji projektu i w okresie jego trwałości nie wystąpi podwójne finansowanie kosztów w ramach projektu EFS w odniesieniu do tego samego miejsca opiek.W trakcie realizacji projektu przestrzegać będziemy na każdym jego etapie przepisów prawa krajowego.Wnioskodawca (Lider - Gmina Płużnica) dokonał wyboru partnera zgodnie z art. 33 ustawy z dnia 11 lipca2014 r. o zasadach realizacji programów w zakresie polityki spójności finansowanych w perspektywie finansowej 2014-2020 (Dz. U.z 2016 r. poz. 217). (Polish)
