The aim of the “key competences” project is to improve the quality of the education in the 4 schools of the municipality of Unieslav through the participation of 312 students in classes developing the competences of key and transferable competences in the labour market, and to increase the competences of 40 teachers to 31.08.2021 years.Project zakłada:1.Działania for shaping and developing the key and transferable skills needed on the labour market for TIK.2. Implementation of the process of individualisation of work with a student with special developmental and educational needs, as well as student support for the student of the 3.The study and vocational training course associated with the selection of further education courses and taking into account the needs of the labour market.4.Creating conditions for teaching, on the method of experimentation, in the field of mathematical competence s.5.Competences or qualifications of teachers and pedagogical staff. 6. The Project shall implement comprehensive programmes to support school in the process of teaching from the SPE and ensure the comprehensiveness of support for type 5.The key indicators within the project include: 1.Number of students supported in key competences or universal skills in programme-312.2.Number of teachers receiving ICT support in programme-29.3.Number of schools with critical or universal skills after leaving programme-250.6.Number of students who have acquired qualifications or skills after having left programme40.7. The number of schools and educational institutions using the ICT equipment to carry out activities for education, 4.8. Number of schools where the facilities are used for the provision of educational activities -4 (English)

    Celem projektu "Stawiamy na kompetencje kluczowe" jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia w 4 szkołach gminy Unisław poprzez udział 312 uczniów w zajęciach rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe i umiejętności uniwersalne na rynku pracy oraz podniesienie kompetencji 40 nauczycieli do 31.08.2021 roku.Projekt zakłada:1.Działania na rzecz kształtowania i rozwijania u uczniów komp. kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy w zakresie TIK.2. Realizację procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi, a także wsparcie ucznia młodszego3.Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowego związanego z wyborem dalszych kierunków kształcenia i uwzględniającego potrzeby rynku pracy.4.Tworzenie warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu w zakresie kompetencji matematyczno-przyrodniczych.5.Podniesienie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji nauczycieli oraz pracowników pedagogicznych.6. Realizację staży dla uczniów.Projekt realizuje kompleksowe programy wspierające szkoły w procesie pracy z uczniem z SPE oraz zapewnia kompleksowość wsparcia w ramach typu 5.Wskaźniki kluczowe w ramach projektu to m.in.:1.Liczba uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych lub umiejętności uniwersalnych w programie-312.2.Liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem z zakresu TIK w programie-29.3.Liczba szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wyposażonych w ramach programu w sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych-4.4.Liczba szkół, których pracownie przedmiotowe zostały doposażone w programie-4.5.Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe lub umiejętności uniwersalne po opuszczeniu programu-250.6.Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-40.7.
