The main objective of the project is to increase the availability to pre-school education of children from the town of Golub-Dobrzyń, by creating a new pre-school centre in the territory of the municipality. The centre will be set up at the Primary School in Lisisko. The applicant has opted for this site after an analysis of the municipal pre-school network. In Lissevo, there is a lack of public care services for children aged 3 and over. There is a kindergarten office for the children that had to be included in pre-primary education between the ages of 5 and 6 (i.e. a zero). It is also a non-public nursery assembly, Krasnofolk’ in Lisevo, led by Towarzystwo Rural Lissevo and Ucc, which operates only a few days a week, in the afternoon, which does not meet the parents’ needs. SP in Lisisko has spare rooms which meet the requirements for premises, which require only minor refurbishment, which is beneficial for the project, since the cost of implementation significantly reduces due to the lack of a high level of financial resources for the adaptation of the premises. The target group will be 15 children of pre-school age in accordance with Article 14 (1). 1 (including para. 1a and 1 (b) of the Act of 7 September 1991 on the education system. The new nursery point will be in place at the end of the cycle. 6: 30-16: 30 so as to best meet the expectations of the parents. Minor renovation works will be carried out as part of the project (painting walls, radiators for radiators, floor, etc.), the necessary equipment and teaching aids will be purchased. Two teaching teachers will be recruited to teach a kindergarten, the main product of the project will be a new point of pre-school education in the Gor-Dobrzyń municipality, which will help to increase the proportion of early childhood education in the field. The key outcomes will be to align educational opportunities for children from rural areas and increase parents’ awareness of the need for pre-school education. (English) | |||

Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej dzieci z terenów Gminy Golub-Dobrzyń, poprzez stworzenie nowego punktu przedszkolnego na terenie gminy. Punkt powstanie w Szkole Podstawowej w Lisewie. Wnioskodawca zdecydował się na tą lokalizacje po analizie gminnej sieci przedszkoli. W miejscowości Lisewo brak jest publicznej placówki świadczącej opiekę dla dzieci w wieku od 3 lat. Funkcjonuje oddział przedszkolny dla dzieci, które musiały być objęte wychowaniem przedszkolnym w wieku 5-6 lat (tzn. zerówka). Jest również Niepubliczny Zespół Wychowania Przedszkolnego ,,Krasnoludki’’ w Lisewie prowadzony przez Towarzystwo Wsi Lisewo i Okolic, który działa tylko kilka dni w tygodniu, w godzinach popołudniowych, niespełniającym tym samym potrzeb rodziców. SP w Lisewie dysponuje wolnymi pomieszczeniami, które spełniają wymogi lokalowe, wymagają one tylko drobnego remontu, co wpływa korzystnie na realizację projektu, ponieważ koszt realizacji znacząco się obniża w związku z brakiem dużego nakładu finansowego na adaptację pomieszczeń. Grupą docelową będzie 15 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym zgodnie z art 14 ust. 1(z uwzględnieniem ust. 1a oraz 1 b ) ustawy z dnia 7 września 1991 r. o systemie oświaty. Nowy punkt przedszkolny funkcjonować będzie w godz. 6:30-16:30, tak aby jak najlepiej spełniał oczekiwania rodziców. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane drobne prace remontowe (malowanie ścian, osłony na grzejniki, podłoga itp), zostanie zakupione niezbędne wyposażenie oraz pomoce dydaktyczne. Do prowadzenia zajęć zostanie zatrudnionych dwoje nauczycieli wychowania przedszkolnego.Głównym produktem projektu będzie nowy punkt wychowania przedszkolnego w Gminie Golub-Dobrzyń, który przyczyni się do zwiększenia odsetka dzieci objętych wczesną edukacją na tym terenie. Kluczowymi rezultatami będzie wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych dzieci z terenów wiejskich oraz wzrost świadomości rodziców w zakresie konieczności edukacji przedszkolnej. (Polish)
