The purpose of the planned project is the construction and reconstruction of the sewerage system and the construction of the water purification plant II in the Elbe. The project will be implemented in the Łabizyn agglomeration designated by Resolution No IX/169/15 of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Assembly of 22 June 2015. As a result of the actions taken, the state of the natural environment will improve, and in particular the chemical and ecological status of water in the agglomeration and in its immediate vicinity will be improved. Furthermore, as a result of the construction of an II° water filtration station, the inhabitants will gain access to better water quality. The project will increase the share of the population using the wastewater treatment system in line with the Urban Waste Water Directive, which is consistent with the objective of sub-measure 4.6.1 ROP PP 2014-2020. As a result of the project, the 189 additional inhabitants expressed in p.e. will benefit from an improved treatment of waste water. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest budowa i przebudowa kanalizacji oraz budowa II° filtracji wody stacji uzdatniania wody w Łabiszynie. Projekt realizowany będzie w aglomeracji Łabiszyn wyznaczonej uchwałą Nr IX/169/15 Sejmiku Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego z dnia 22 czerwca 2015 r. w sprawie wyznaczenia aglomeracji Łabiszyn.Głównym celem projektu jest ograniczenie negatywnego oddziaływania ścieków komunalnych na jakość wód, poprzez budowę i przebudowę sieci kanalizacji (sanitarnej i deszczowej). W wyniku podjętych działań, poprawi się stan środowiska przyrodniczego, w szczególności poprawie ulegnie stan chemiczny i ekologiczny wód na terenie aglomeracji i w jej bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie. Ponadto w wyniku budowy II° filtracji wody stacji uzdatniania wody mieszkańcy zyskają dostęp do lepszej jakości wody. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia odsetka ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych, co jest spójne z celem poddziałania 4.6.1 RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020. W wyniku realizacji projektu 189 dodatkowych mieszkańców wyrażonych w RLM będzie korzystało z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków. (Polish)
