The investment project applying for funding is the construction of a separate collection point for municipal waste in the area of urban waste, together with the technical infrastructure. As a result of the investment, a new PSZOK will be created for the inhabitants of the Municipality of Łubianka. The investment includes the creation of a new office of the socialist office, with an isolated part of the garage. In addition to the maintenance of local residents providing municipal waste subject to separate collection, there will also be premises for the operation of the repair point and for the replacement of second-hand goods. The building will also store equipment (equipment) to be replaced and repaired, as well as educational activities for the residents of the Gminy.Powszechny PSZOK is not only the building, but also the beach (partly from the winds) on which the containers and containers for collecting the different fractions of waste will be located. The manoeuvring area shall be concrete and large enough to allow heavy goods vehicles to manoeuvre. As part of the project, the purchase of equipment is also planned. Primarily the equipment consists of containers and containers for the collection of individual waste fractions (as listed in Annex 5). In addition, for the proper functioning of the PMS it is planned to purchase the instrument (for bulky waste) as well as small weight for smaller waste. In order to carry out the reporting and control tasks, the project also assumes the purchase of an IT system to keep records of residents using the PMS, as well as in the specific fraction of waste collected and stored in the PSZOK site in the area of Przemyśl. Przedmiotem inwestycji stanowiącej projekt ubiegający się o dofinansowanie jest Budowa punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych w miejscowości Przeczno wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną. W wyniku przeprowadzonej inwestycji powstanie nowy PSZOK obsługujący mieszkańców Gminy Łubianka. Inwestycja obejmuje swym zakresem powstanie nowego budynku socjalno - biurowego z wydzieloną częścią garażową. W budynku tym oprócz obsługi mieszkańców dostarczających odpady komunalne podlegające selektywnej zbiórce będą znajdowały się również pomieszczenia na potrzeby funkcjonowania punktu napraw oraz wymiany rzeczy używanych. W budynku tym będą również magazynowane urządzenia (sprzęty), które podlegać będą wymianie oraz naprawie jak również prowadzone będą działania edukacyjne dla mieszkańców Gminy.Powstający PSZOK to nie tylko budynek ale również plac (częściowo z wiatami) na którym będą rozmieszczone kontenery i pojemniki do zbieranie różnych frakcji odpadów. Plac manewrowy będzie wybetonowany i na tyle duży aby umożliwiał swobodne manewry przez pojazdy ciężarowe. Cały obiekt będzie ogrodzony w celu jego zabezpieczenia przed niepożądanymi osobami oraz zwierzętami jak również odpowiednio oznakowany.W ramach realizacji przedmiotowego projektu zaplanowano również zakup wyposażenia. W głównej mierze wyposażenie obejmuje kontenery i pojemniki do zbierania poszczególnych frakcji odpadów (zgodnie z wykazem zawartym w załączniku nr 5). Ponadto dla właściwego funkcjonowania PSZOK-u planowany jest w ramach projektu zakup wagi samochodowej (dla odpadów o dużych gabarytach) jak i małej wagi dla mniejszych odpadów. W celu realizacji zadań sprawozdawczych i kontrolnych projekt zakłada również zakup systemu informatycznego do ewidencji mieszkańców korzystających z PSZOK-u jak również szczegółowego zliczania frakcji odpadów jakie są zbierane i składowane na terenie PSZOK-u w miejscowości Przeczno.
