The aim of the project is to increase the skills, competences and professional qualifications of 124 pupils, to increase the professional competence of 16 teachers, to set up 2 School Information Points, and to improve the image of the vocational training of 2 upper secondary schools in the county district, by 30 September 2018. support will cover 124 pupils and 16 teachers of 2 secondary vocational secondary education establishments for which the operator is Żninski. The project will run from 01.05.2017 to 30.09.2018. 1.Implementation of educational and professional advice by means of the establishment at Technical College No 1 and Technical College No 2 of the School Information Point (SPInKa) (80U). 2.Improving the skills, competences and qualifications of professional teachers (16 N). Postgraduate studies/courses: landscaping, garden construction and design, nutritional management and healthy nutrition, catering manager, Linux system administration, CISCO CCNA, computer graphics, tourism and hotel management, road transport operator, ADR advisor, price estimate, programmer. 3.Reference or acquisition of students’ knowledge and skills through participation in vocational courses (100U). 7 courses: barbarian with the elements of some of some of some of the elements of the EU’s biodiversity strategy + study visit, catering manager + study visit, florist, LAN + LAN + study visit, programming of online and mobile applications, fiscal funds with invoicing, business negotiations. 4.There are no additional powers to improve the employability of pupils in the labour market (84U). 3 courses: driving licences B, welding by the TIG method, for a particular carriage truck including all types together with the safe replacement of the cylinder. 5.Delivering high quality traineeships for students (82U). Industries: IT, mechanical, food and catering services, landscape architecture, construction, economic, advertising organisation, freight forwarding. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie umiejętności, kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych 124 uczniów, podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 16 nauczycieli, utworzenie 2 Szkolnych Punktów Informacji i Kariery oraz poprawa wizerunku kształcenia zawodowego 2 szkół ponadgimnazjalnych z terenu Powiatu Żnińskiego, do dnia 30 września 2018 r. Wsparcie obejmie 124 uczniów oraz 16 nauczycieli 2 szkół ponadgimnazjalnych prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Żniński. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.05.2017r. do 30.09.2018 r. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 5 ZADAŃ: 1.Realizacja doradztwa edukacyjno–zawodowego poprzez utworzenie w Technikum Nr 1 oraz w Technikum Nr 2 Szkolnego Punktu Informacji i Kariery (SPInKa) (80U). 2.Doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych nauczycieli zawodu (16 N). Studia podyplomowe/kursy: architektura krajobrazu, zakładanie i projektowanie ogrodów, dietetyka i zdrowe żywienie, manager w gastronomii, administracja systemem Linux, CISCO CCNA, grafika komputerowa, zarządzanie turystyką i hotelarstwem, przewoźnik drogowy, doradca ADR, kurs kosztorysowania, kurs operator programista. 3.Podniesienie lub nabycie wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych uczniów poprzez udział w kursach zawodowych (100U). 7 kursów: barmański z elementami sommelierstwa+wizyta studyjna, manager w gastronomii + wizyta studyjna, florysty, administrator siecią LAN+wizyta studyjna, programowanie aplikacji internetowych i mobilnych, kasy fiskalne z fakturowaniem, negocjacje w biznesie. 4.Zdobywanie dodatkowych uprawnień zwiększających szanse uczniów na rynku pracy (84U). 3 kursy: prawa jazdy kat. B, spawalniczy metodą TIG, na wózek jezdniowy w tym wózki specjalizowane wszystkie typy wraz z bezpieczną wymianą butli. 5.Realizacja wysokiej jakości staży dla uczniów (82U). Branże: informatyczna, mechaniczna, żywienia i usług gastronomicznych, architektury krajobrazu, budowlana, ekonomiczna, organizacji reklamy, spedycyjna. (Polish)
