The aim of the project is to increase the practical skills of 215 pupils in real working conditions by participating in employers’ high quality internships. The main output of the project will be the 215 thigh, and will increase or supplement the practical skills after leaving the programme. On the other hand, the products will be made available to 215 school students. (technical college) supported in the programme, who will receive high quality traineeships at employers. The target group of the project will be school pupils. Technical college: ZS No 2 in Rypin, ZS No 3 in Rypin, ZS No. 4 in the District of Rypin District and the District Authority of Rypin is the Town of Rypin. The problem of the target group is the low level of investment in the field of science in schools, a small number of practices and a lack of cooperation with employers, and hence lack of access to potential future places of occupation. It is impossible for you to know the future jobs of your job. School classes do not ensure student confrontation with the skills acquired and the predisposition needed to practice the profession. A 150 hour traineeship for each student is the head. the work is to be carried out as part of the project. The scale of activities at schools, in parallel with the real project, will not be reduced compared to the scale of the activities (expenditure of the schools). 12 months before the project implementation. In order to be aware of the nature of the work, they will also strengthen their chances on the labour market through the expansion of skills in the world. In terms of working conditions, you will be assured that you will be able to obtain the working conditions that you will be able to work. The premises and equipment for EPS will be provided by the applicant. The project will be implemented through 95 % funding, 5 % own contribution. The value of the project is PLN 579637,50, including the grant amount of PLN 550655,62 and PLN 28981,88. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest podniesienie umiejętności praktycznych 215 uczniów w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez udział w wysokiej jakości stażach zaw. u pracodawców. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie l. 215 ucz., którzy podniosą, nabędą lub uzupełnią umiejętności praktyczne po opuszczeniu programu. Natomiast osiągniętymi produktami będzie l. 215 ucz. szkół zaw. (technikum), objętych wsparciem w programie, którzy odbędą wysokiej jakości staże u pracodawców. Grupą docelową projektu będą uczniowie szkół zaw. - technikum: ZS Nr 2 w Rypinie, ZS Nr 3 w Rypinie, ZS Nr 4 w Nadrożu, dla których org. prow. jest Powiat Rypiński oraz Liceum Plastycznego, kt. organem prow. jest Gmina Miasta Rypin. Gł. problemem grupy docelowej jest niski poziom prow. prakt. nauki zaw. w szkołach, mała liczba praktyk oraz brak współpracy z pracodawcami, a co za tym idzie brak kontaktu z potencjalnymi przyszłymi miejscami wykonywania zawodu. Ucz. nie mają możliwości bezp. poznania przyszłych stanowisk swojej pracy zaw. Zajęcia szkolne nie zapewniają ucz. konfrontacji zdobytych wiadomości z umiejętnościami oraz predyspozycjami niezbędnymi do wykonywania zawodu. Staże zaw. u prac. w wymiarze 150 h dla każdego ucz. są gł. zad., które zostanie zrealizowane w ramach projektu. Skala działań prow. w szkołach równolegle z real. projektu (nakłady śr. na ich real.) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prow. przez szkoły w okr. 12 m-cy poprzedzających rozp. realizacji projektu . Pozwolą na poznanie charakt. pracy zaw. a także wzmocnią szanse ucz. na rynku pracy, dzięki poszerzeniu wł. umiejętności zaw. W trakcie real. proj. zostaną zapewnione odp. warunki pracy u prac., u których będą real. staże zaw. Baza lokalowa oraz sprzęt dla ZZ zostaną zapewnione przez wnioskodawcę. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany dzięki dofinansowaniu w 95%, wkład własny wyniesie - 5%.
