The post concerns the limitation of accessibility to places in pre-glass education in Oława, the town of Oława and from the diagnosis of deficits in pre-glass education in Oława. It responds to: 1) limited places at Oława in pre-glass education for children aged 3, including children with disabilities, i.e. children with a decision or opinion of psychomotor counselling. The applicant shall allow the participation of 2,5-year children in particularly justified cases as set out in point. 3.2 of the proposal; 2) a small additional offer of educational and specialist activities to develop children at an early level of education. The applicant will create a new nursery place at its premises, i.e. to buy 3 year olds, including 2 disabled children’s mebeams, smoke aids and toys, to be purchased in the room for the newly created 15-member group, and for a period of 10 months, i.e. 01.07.2017-30.04.2018 will implement a programmatic basis in line with the Regulation in question with the new group. At the same time, it will carry out additional blooms: 1) group English, mathematical and technical competences, socio-emotional competences and speech therapist — developing proper attitudes, learning strategies, good thinking, positive mental development; 2) Individual with disabled children: from socio-emotional skills, with the speech therapy, with sensory therapy to address deficits in children with disabilities. The effect of the activities carried out, as further specified in point. 4.1 of the proposal will increase the number of pre-school places in Oława and raise the competences of pre-school children and compensate for the deficits of children with disabilities through early childhood development and the possibility of continuing the extra-curricular activities after the completion of the project will allow for a better start of the children at a later education period. Pojekt dotyczy ograniczenia problemu dostępności do miejsc w edukacji przedszk. w mieście Oława wynikającego z przepr. diagnozy w mieście Oława oraz ze zdiagnozowania deficytów w edukacji przedszk. w mieście Oława. Jest odpowiedzią na: 1) ograniczone miejsca w Oławie w edukacji przedszk. dzieci w wieku 3 lat, w tym dzieci z niepełnosprawnością, tj. dla dzieci posiadających orzeczenie lub opinię z poradni psych.-pedag. Wnioskodawca dopuszcza udział dzieci 2,5-letnich w szczególnie uzasadnionych przypadkach określonych w pkt. 3.2 wniosku; 2) niewielką dodatkową ofertą zajęć edukacyjnych i specjalistycznych mających na celu rozwój dzieci na wczesnym poziomie edukacji. Wnioskodawca utworzy nowe miejsca przedszkolne w swojej siedzibie, tj. zakupi do sali dla nowoutworzonej 15-osobowej grupy 3 latków, w tym 2 niepełnosprawnych niezbędne mebelki dla dzieci, pomoce dydakt. i zabawki oraz przez okres 10 m-cy, tj. 01.07.2017-30.04.2018 będzie realizował podstawę programową zgodne z przedmiotowym rozporządzeniem MEN z nowoutworzoną grupą. Jednocześnie będzie prowadził dodatkowe zakęcia: 1) grupowe z języka angielskiego, kompetencji matematyczno-technicznych, kompetencji społeczno-emocjonalnych i logopedii - rozwijające właściwe postawy, strategie uczenia się, sprawnego myślenia, pozytywnego rozwoju umysłowego dziecka; 2) indywidualne z dziećmi z niepełnosprawnością: z kompetencji społeczno-emocjonalnych, z logopedii, z terapii sensorycznej mające na celu wyrównanie deficytów dzieci z niepełnosprawnością. Efektem prowadzonych działań, szczegółowo określonych w pkt. 4.1 wniosku będzie zwiększenie liczby miejsc przedszkolnych w Oławie i podniesienie kompetencji dzieci przedszkolnych oraz wyrównanie deficytów u dzieci z niepełnospr. poprzez rozwój na wczesnym etapie edukacji, a możliwość kontynuacji zajęć dodatkowych w przedszkolu po zakończeniu realizacji projektu pozwoli na lepszy start dzieci w późniejszym okresie edukacji.
