The project is a complementary programme to support the economic and social sector in the Wałbrzych sub-region with a view to contributing to its development and increasing its level of employability in particular of those who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The scope of the project is based on the implementation of three components of services related to the development of the social economy sector and its staffing levels. Its activities include animation services, the development of the social economy and the support to existing social enterprises, the target group of the project is: 1.persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those who are exposed to the risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those who are profiled as being furthest from the labour market in accordance with the instructions of promoting employment and labour market institutions and inactive persons requiring social and occupational activation 2.Entities of the social economy 3.Social economy 4.Social enterprise 5.non-governmental organisations supporting social economy 6.JTS and their organisational entities as well as representatives of the above-mentioned entities 7.representatives of science and business 8.entities entitled to form reintegration into the 9.communal community of the Wałbrzych subregion, including the districts of Fogniowski, Kłonzki, Kłonki, Świdicki, webrzyski, I. Wałbrzych, the serkowics of the project will professionalise the operation of the ES sector by raising its competitiveness, increasing the number of social enterprises and the level of employment in the sector, establishing cross-sectoral cooperation that helps to raise awareness of the theme of social economy and its importance in the subregion. The achievement of the planned objectives and results of the project will be achieved through the complementary activities planned under the project support (including animation, training, advice, financial support, etc.) and carried out by experienced and qualified staff accredited to the MPiPS OWES (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest komplementarny program wsparcia sektora Ekonomii Społecznej w subregionie wałbrzyskich mający przyczynić się do jego rozwoju oraz zwiększenia w nim poziomu zatrudnialności zwłaszcza osób z grupy zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Zakres rzeczowy projektu opiera się na realizacji trzech komponentów usług związanych z rozwojem sektora ekonomii społecznej oraz poziomu zatrudnienia w nim. Swym działaniem obejmuje on usługi animacji, rozwoju ekonomii społecznej oraz wspierania istniejących przedsiębiorstw społecznych Grupa docelową projektu są: 1.osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osoby bezrobotne sprofilowane jako najbardziej oddalone od rynku pracy zgodnie z Us. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy oraz osoby nieaktywne wymagające aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej 2.podmioty ekonomii społecznej 3.przedsiębiorstwa społeczne 4.organizacje pozarządowe 5.instytucje wspierające ekonomię społeczną 6.JST i ich jednostki organizacyjne oraz przedstawiciele ww. podmiotów 7.przedstawiciele nauki i biznesu 8.podmioty uprawnione do tworzenia PES o charakterze reintegracyjnym 9.społeczności lokalne z terenu subregionu wałbrzyskiego obejmującego powiaty dzierżoniowski, kłodzki, świdnicki, wałbrzyski, m. Wałbrzych, ząbkowicki Efektem projektu będzie profesjonalizacja działania sektora ES realizowana poprzez podnoszenie jego konkurencyjności, zwiększenie liczby przedsiębiorstw społecznych i poziomu zatrudnienia w sektorze, nawiązanie współpracy międzysektorowej przyczyniającej się do wzrosty znajomości tematyki ekonomii społecznej oraz jej znaczenia w subregionie. Osiągnięcie zaplanowanych celów i rezultatów projektu zrealizowane zostanie dzięki komplementarnym działaniom, zaplanowanemu w ramach projektu wsparciu (m.in. animację, szkolenia, doradztwo, wsparcie finansowe itp.) i realizowanemu przez doświadczona i wykwalifikowaną kadrę akredytowanego przy MPiPS OWES (Polish)
