Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku Domu Dziennego Pobytu w Gostycynie przy ulicy Słonecznej 4. Planowane działania w ramach projektu: modernizacja instalacji CO, docieplenie ścian budynku (wraz z wykonaniem elewacji, wymiana stolarki okiennej oraz drzwiowej zewnętrznej, termomodernizacja poszycia dachowego, instalacja kotła zasilanego OZE - pelet, montaż klimatyzacji. zadania przewidziane w ramach projektu obejmują: Prace przygotowawcze (dokumentacja projektowa, audyt energetyczny, ekspertyzy ornitologiczne i chiropterologiczne, studium wykonalności i wniosek o dofinansowanie), Roboty budowlane (prace w zakresie termomodernizacji budynku, roboty rozbiórkowe, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, docieplenie dachu, instalacja odgromowa, montaż klimatyzacji), Modernizacja instalacji CO, Nadzór inwestorski, Zarządzanie projektem, Promocja projektu.
