The purpose of the planned project is the thermal modernisation of three public utilities in the municipality of Włocławek — buildings of rural light buildings in Koszalin (parcel No 24/4), Modzerowo (parcel No 128/3) and Podoak (plot No 3). The project will include the following works on deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of public buildings: insulation of the external walls and top of the building and replacement of the external door (in the Vienna tower building in Kozanów); insulation of external walls, warming up of the roof for modernisation of domestic hot water systems and the exchange of external doors (in the Mulhouse building); insulation of external walls and walls of the building, modernisation of domestic hot water installations and the replacement of external doors (in the Wieliczka tower building) and preparatory and replacement works in the buildings in question. The detailed scope of work has been included in the technical file. The whole range included in the technical documentation shall be covered by the wd. The target group of the project is the users of these public buildings, mainly residents of the municipality of Włocławek. The project is an infrastructure measure that will help to reduce the demand for heat in the buildings, which will increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The main aim of the project is to reduce heat demand in public buildings in the municipality of Włocławek by means of thermal modernisation. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest termomodernizacja trzech obiektów użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Włocławek – budynków świetlic wiejskich w miejscowościach Koszanowo (działka nr 24/4), Modzerowo (działka nr 128/3) oraz Poddębice (działka nr 3). W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące prace z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków publicznych: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i stropodachu budynku oraz wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych (w ramach budynku Świetlicy Wiejskiej w Koszanowie); docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, ocieplenie stropodachu modernizację instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej oraz wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych (w ramach budynku Świetlicy Wiejskiej Modzerowie); docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i stropodachu budynku, modernizację instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej oraz wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych (w ramach budynku Świetlicy Wiejskiej w Poddębicach) oraz prace przygotowawcze i odtworzeniowe w ww. budynkach. Szczegółowy zakres prac został ujęty w dokumentacji technicznej. Cały zakres ujęty w dokumentacji technicznej jest objęty WOD. Grupą docelową projektu są użytkownicy ww. budynków użyteczności publicznej, głównie mieszkańcy Gminy Włocławek. Projekt jest działaniem infrastrukturalnym, które przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na ciepło w ww. budynkach, co wpłynie na wzrost efektywności energetycznej i zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Celem głównym projektu jest ograniczenie zapotrzebowania na ciepło w budynkach użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Włocławek poprzez ich termomodernizację. (Polish)
