The project consists of a comprehensive energy upgrade of the building of the Centre of Mechanical Schools in the Soviet School. Project activities planned: • insulation of the building walls,• replacement of window frames and outside window frames,• thermal renovation of roof panel,• modernisation of the central heating installation, the tasks foreseen in the project include: 1. Preparatory works: Design documentation,• auditee,• ornithological studies and chirophoterology,• Feasibility study. 2. Construction work — works for the thermal renovation of the building: • insulation of external walls (façade),• insulation of the roof,• replacement of window and door frames,• modernisation of central heating and domestic hot water. 3. There is a degree of investment. 4. Project management. 5. Project promotion: • Information and commemorative board,• information on the website of the district authority,• other tools, in accordance with the Guidelines. The value of the project is PLN 1 704601,87, while the amount of ERDF co-financing is set at 79.21 % — PLN 1 220 522,89. All expenses foreseen in the project are eligible for support. The expenditure is planned to enable the desired effects to be achieved to the maximum extent possible. The project will not entail any additional costs, other than those specified, at the implementation stage. All expenditure will be incurred within the eligibility period, in accordance with the Guidelines. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych wRadziejowie. Planowane działania w ramach projektu: • docieplenie ścian budynku, • wymiana stolarki okiennej orazdrzwiowej zewnętrznej, • termomodernizacja poszycia dachowego, • modernizacja instalacji centralnego ogrzewania.Zadania przewidziane w ramach projektu obejmują: 1. Prace przygotowawcze: • dokumentacja projektowa, • audytenergetyczny, • ekspertyzy ornitologiczne i chiropterologiczne, • studium wykonalności. 2. Roboty budowlane - prace wzakresie termomodernizacji budynku: • docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (elewacja), • docieplenie dachu, • wymianastolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, • modernizacja instalacji centralnego ogrzewania i ciepłej wody użytkowej. 3. Nadzórinwestorski. 4. Zarządzanie projektem. 5. Promocja projektu: • tablica informacyjna i pamiątkowa, • informacje nastronie internetowej Starostwa Powiatowego, • inne narzędzia, zgodnie z Wytycznymi. Wartość projektu wynosi 1 704601,87 zł, natomiast kwota dofinansowania z EFRR została ustalona na poziomie 79,21 % - 1 220 522,89 zł. Wszystkiewydatki przewidziane w projekcie kwalifikują się do wsparcia. Wydatki zaplanowane zostały tak, aby umożliwićosiągnięcie zakładanych efektów w maksymalnym stopniu. Projekt na etapie realizacji nie będzie wiązał się zkoniecznością ponoszenia dodatkowych, poza wyszczególnionymi, kosztów.
