The project consists of the installation of 19 photovoltaic installations (17 residential installations and 2 installations in skylights) and 9 solar installations in the municipality of Lissevo. The project aims at increasing the share of energy from renewable sources in energy production in the municipality of Lisevo (focus area 1). The beneficiary of the project is the municipality of Lissewo, located in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, in the Chełmiński district. The main problem which has led to the need to implement the investment is the lack of RES installations in the municipality of Lissevo. A large share of the population is heated by the coal and/or the environment, which causes significant environmental pollution, particularly in the autumn — winter period. The product indicators are: estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes CO2/rok equivalent] — 101,90. Additional capacity for the production of energy from renewable sources [MW] (CI 30) — 0,14. Number of EEE-19/tonne built units built. Number of units of heat generation from OEA-9 built Date of implementation of the project from 1 January 2017 to 31 October 2018. Total project investment amounts to PLN 878 378,62 gross, eligible costs 878 378,62 of which 782 573,52 are net amounts and PLN 95 805,10 for VAT. Przedmiotem projektu jest montaż 19 instalacji fotowoltaicznych (17 instalacji w budynkach mieszkalnych i 2 instalacje w świetlicach) oraz 9 instalacji solarnych na terenie gminy Lisewo. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii w gminy Lisewo (cel szczegółowy 1). Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Lisewo, zlokalizowana w województwie kujawsko – pomorskim, w powiecie chełmińskim. Głównym problemem, który przesądził o konieczności realizacji inwestycji jest brak instalacji OZE w gminie Lisewo. Duży odsetek mieszkańców ogrzewa budynki mieszkalne węglem lub miałem co powoduje znaczne zanieczyszczenie środowiska, szczególnie w okresie jesienno- zimowym. Wskaźnikami produktu są: szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych [tony równoważnika CO2/rok]- 101,90. Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych [MW] (CI 30)- 0,14. Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE-19szt. Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE- 9 szt. Termin realizacji projektu od 1 stycznia 2017 do 31 października 2018r. Całkowite nakłady inwestycyjne projektu wynoszą łącznie 878 378,62 zł brutto, koszty kwalifikowalne 878 378,62 z czego 782 573,52 stanowi kwota netto, a 95 805,10 zł podatek od towarów i usług VAT. Do kosztów kwalifikowanych inwestycji został zaliczony podatek VAT. (Polish)
