The main aim of the project is to support the activation of 60 people looking after 3 years of age by establishing and maintaining in the area of Wrocław (the municipality of Krzyki) between 01.06.2018 and 30.09.2019. — 60 new childcare facilities up to the 3s, in accordance with the Act on childcare up to the 3s. (48k) returning to the labour market after maternity, parental (80 %), — 12 (9K) people who are not in employment, including people after educational relief (20 %). Promoter of the Berek Development Centre for Children’s Children! Mr Bogusława Nviszezewska has been active in supporting the development of a child aged up to 3 in the form of a non-public crèche (-61 children/places since 2014) and a public kindergarten (between 2015-90 children/places) in the Municipality of Wrocław (Śródmieście — Zulsa). In view of the identified needs (own research, numerous requests and suggestions from the parents), also confirmed by the analysis of statistics and the demographic situation in the area of Krzyki and of Wrocław as a whole, the bill’s author has decided to open a new facility (nursery + pre-school) in the area of Krzyki (gmina Wrocław). Hence, the initiative of this project, which aims to support the activation of carers of children up to the 3s, through the creation of new childcare facilities. Since the parents (recruitment) are most likely to be in a position to take the child to the crèche after the holiday period, i.e. from September (the holiday period is also the best for the adaptation work), it is planned to start (at the risk of the project promoter) the implementation of the project already from 06.2018 (before the signature of the contract) — the expenses incurred before the contract will be incurred according to the eligibility conditions of the “Guidelines on eligibility...”. Celem głównym projektu jest wsparcie aktywizacji zawodowej 60 osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie oraz utrzymanie na obszarze Wrocławia (gmina Krzyki) w okresie od 01.06.2018r. do 30.09.2019r. - 60 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 zgodnie z ustawą o opiece nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3. Grupę docelową (GD) projektu stanowi 60 os. (w tym 57 kobiet), które sprawują opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym:- 48os. (48K) powracających na rynek pracy po urlopach macierzyńskich, rodzicielskich (80%),- 12 os.(9K) osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia, w tym osoby po ulrpach wychowawczych (20%). Projektodawca - Centrum Rozwoju Dziecka Berek! Bogusława Nowiszewska od kilku lat prowadzi działalności wspierającą rozwój dziecka w wieku do lat 3 w postaci niepublicznego żłobka (od 2014 r. - 61 dzieci/miejsc) oraz publicznego przedszkola (od 2015 - 90 dzieci/miejsc) na terenie gminy Wrocław (Śródmieście – ul.Prusa). Ze względu na zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie (badania własne, liczne zapytania i sugestie ze strony rodziców), potwierdzone również analizą danych statystycznych i sytuacji demograficznej na terenie dzielnicy Krzyki jak i całej gminy Wrocław - Projektodawca zdecydował o otwarciu nowej placówki (żłobek + przedszkole) na terenie dzielnicy Krzyki (gmina Wrocław). Stąd inicjatywa niniejszego projektu, którego celem jest wsparcie aktywizacji zawodowej opiekunów dzieci do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi (żłobek). Ze względu na to, że rodzice (rekrutacja) najczęściej zainteresowani są oddaniem dziecka do żłobka po okresie wakacyjnym tj. od września (okres wakacyjny jest też najlepszym dla prac adaptacyjnych), dlatego zaplanowano rozpoczęcie (na ryzyko Projektodawcy) realizacji projektu już od 06.2018 (przed podpisaniem umowy) – wydatki ponoszone przed umową będą ponoszone zgodnie z warunkami kwalifikowalności określonymi „Wytycznych w zakresie kwalifikowalności ………”.
