The main aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 50 persons. (30 K, 20 M) inactive over the age of 29 from the districts of tuchoski, secular, Chełmiński, pear, with the exception of the city of Grudziądz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province) from 11. 2017 by the end of 12. 2018 The main objective will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive professional activation programme, i.e. meetings with a professional adviser, including the creation of IPDs, psychological support, vocational training leading to the acquisition of qualifications, training leading to the acquisition of competences, the implementation of 6 monthly internships, workshops on active job search techniques, job matching. The target group of the project (subject to a call from the SZOOP and the competition rules and [KD B.1.5]) is 50 physical (30 K, 20 M) for the inactive only above 29 living in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code in the Area of tuchoil, secular, Chełmiński, pear, with the exception of the city of Grudziądz. The project is aimed in particular at: — people aged over 50, i.e. at least 12 persons. (8k, 4M) — women with a minimum of 30 people with disabilities, i.e. at least 5 people. (3k, 2M) — people with a low level of qualifications, i.e. a minimum of 10 persons. (4k, 6M) Main results of the project: — the acquisition of professional qualifications by a minimum of 34 persons. Acquisition of professional competence by a minimum of 11 persons. Acquisition of professional experience for at least 40 years. Achieving employment efficiency for: + persons aged 50 and over at min. 53 % + women at min. 59 % + people with disabilities at min. 53 % + low-skilled (up to ISCED level 3) at min. 58 % + persons not eligible for any of the above categories at min. 63 % (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród 50 os. (30 K, 20 M) biernych zawodowo powyżej 29 roku życia z obszaru powiatów tucholskiego, świeckiego, chełmińskiego, grudziądzkiego - z wyłączeniem miasta Grudziądz (w woj. kujawsko-pomorskim) w okresie od 11. 2017 r. do końca 12. 2018 r.Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu aktywizacji zawodowej tj. spotkania z doradcą zawodowym w tym utworzenie IPD, wsparcie psychologiczne, szkolenia zawodowe prowadzące do nabycia kwalifikacji, szkolenie prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji, realizację 6 miesięcznych staży zawodowych, warsztaty z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy, pośrednictwo pracy. Grupę docelową projektu (zg. z SZOOP i regulaminem konkursu i [ KD B.1.5]) stanowi 50 os. fizycznych (30 K,20 M) wyłącznie biernych zawodowo powyżej 29 r. życia zamieszkujących zgodnie z zapisami Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze powiatów tucholskiego, świeckiego, chełmińskiego, grudziądzkiego - z wyłączeniem miasta Grudziądz. Projekt jest skierowany w szczególności do:- osób powyżej 50 roku życia tj. min. 12 os. (8K,4M)- kobiet tj. min. 30 K- osób z niepełnosprawnościami tj. min. 5 os. (3K,2M)- osób o niskich kwalifikacjach tj. min. 10 os. (4K,6M)Główne rezultaty projektu: -nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez min. 34 os. -nabycie kompetencji zawodowych przez min. 11 os. -nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez min. 40 os. -osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla: + osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie min. 53% + kobiet na poziomie min. 59 % + osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie min. 53% + osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) na poziomie min. 58 % + osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnych z powyższych kategorii na poziomie min. 63% (Polish)
