The investment plans, thanks to the investment, to expand the machine park with new machinery, equipment and software which will enable the company’s bid to be extended. If the firm wishes to expand its business by increasing the attractiveness of the offer, it must invest in new equipment which will make it possible to produce innovative manipulators with turntables. this device will aim at the appropriate handling of pre-packed products and shape them in a defined configuration in the american box. The purpose of the equipment is to pack the Dylpack type bags (torba with an elliptical floor). In order to carry out the investment, the firm plans to equip the machinery fleet with the following machinery and equipment: Universal lathes with equipment 2, Ponic machining centre together with equipment, automatic software, radiant drill, Debt, Multi-function printing machine (2), Computer sets (3), mechanical engineering software (2 licences), thermal studio. Using more than 25 years, the company has selected the most optimal machines, in terms of productivity, job accuracy and capacity. The Radak intends to implement a new machine, manipulator with turntables, for the production. With a view to ensuring proper implementation of the investment, the firm must purchase equipment that will allow the new machinery to start to be manufactured. The new machine will be capable of being used as a complete element of the packaging line, as well as being sold as separate equipment, by virtue of its functions (if the customer has its own production line). The Manipulator device with the turntable will significantly improve the process of construction of the complete packing lines. As a result of the project, there has been no country to manipulate the obromine with the obromine, hence it will be an innovative product. (English) | |||

Radpak dzięki inwestycji planuje rozbudowę parku maszynowego o nowe maszyny, urządzenia i oprogramowania, które pozwolą na rozszerzenie oferty firmy. Obecnie firma nie posiada zdolności produkcyjnych, które pozwalałyby wdrożyć nowy typ maszyn do produkcji. Firma chcąc rozwijać swoją działalność poprzez zwiększenie atrakcyjności oferty musi zainwestować w nowy sprzęt, który finalnie pozwoli na produkcję innowacyjnych manipulatorów z obrotnicą.Urządzenie to będzie miało na celu obracać w odpowiedni sposób produkty w opakowaniach jednostkowych oraz układać je w określonej konfiguracji w opakowaniu typu american box. Docelowo urządzenie ma pakować torby typu Doypack ( torba o eliptycznym dnie ). W celu zrealizowania inwestycji firma planuje wyposażenie parku maszynowego w następujące maszyny i urządzenia: Tokarki uniwersalną z wyposażeniem 2 szt,Pionowe Centrum Obróbkowe wraz z wyposażeniem, Oprogramowanie do automatyki, Wiertarkę Promieniową, Dłutownicę, Wielofunkcyjne urządzenie drukujące (2 szt.), Zestawy komputerowe(3 szt.),Oprogramowanie do mechaniki(2 licencje), Kamera termowizyjna. Firma wykorzystując ponad 25 lat doświadczenia na rynku wybrało zestaw najbardziej optymalnych maszyn,pod kątem wydajności, precyzji pracy jak oraz mocy przerobowych. Radpak zamierza wdrożyć do produkcji nową innowacyjną maszyną– manipulator z obrotnicą do linii pakujących. Mając na względzie należyte wdrożenie inwestycji firma musi zakupić sprzęt, który pozwoli na rozpoczęcie produkcji nowych maszyn. Nowa maszyna będzie mogła być wykorzystana jako kompletny element linii pakującej, jak również sprzedawana jako osobny sprzęt, ze względu na swoje funkcje ( jeśli klient ma swoja linie produkcyjna ma możliwość zakupu samego manipulatora). Manipulator z obrotnicą znacznie usprawni proces budowy kompletnych linii pakujących. Powstały w skutek realizacji projektu manipulator z obrotnicą do tej pory nie był produkowany w skali kraju, stąd też będzie produktem innowacyjnym. (Polish)
