Project to implement the results of the own move. in the first quarter of 2016, research activities carried out by employees ZW CHEKO Sp.z o.o., consisting of a study on the possibility of using the commercially available gas injection technology (MuCell), to the plastics packaging industry of which the Applicant is represented. The research carried out (mechanical tests in the form of strength tests, tensile tests, structure studies) confirmed the possibility of using the MuCell technology and its use in the production of thin-walled plastics (packaging) of plastics (polypropylene/PP) in ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. Therefore, will implement the results of the proposal. the results of the R & D work, and therefore the MuCell technology (consisting of a polypropylene injection into a gas) for its production, will have the effect of diversifying the production process (consisting of changing all the production parameters) and the diversification of the company’s activities by introducing substantially improved final products in the form of packaging with PP.Results. (Annex No 14.2 to the DOF) has confirmed the relevance and usefulness of the concept of technology used by the applicant for the application of the technology (MuCell) in the production of thin-walled packaging (container containers. 1,3,10 and 20 l.). This has been achieved through the proposal made by the Applicant in 12.10.2016 to the Authority. The application for a patent for an invention in the form of a plastic container (intended for the packaging of foodstuffs, chemical products and structures) and the method of producing a plastic receptacle (filed. patent in Annex No 14.4 to Wn.oft). With a view to its implementation, Zw CHEKO Sp. z o.o. will purchase new items of equipment (referred to in Annex No 5 to the Decree/section H Wn.oft), in order to implement the above-mentioned process and product innovations. Projekt dot. wdrożenia wyników samodzielnie przeprowadz. w I kw.2016r. prac bad.-rozw. przez pracownikówZW CHEKO Sp.z o.o. polegających na przebadaniu możliwości zastosowania dostępnej na rynku technologii wtrysku tworzywa gazem (MuCell) do branży produkcji opakowań cienkościennych z tworzyw sztucznych,której przedstawicielem jest Wnioskodawca. Przeprowadzone prace badawcze (badania mechaniczne w postaci badań wytrzymałościowych,badań w zakresie rozciągania,badania struktury) potwierdziły możliwość wykorzyst. technologii MuCell i jej zastosowania do produkcji wyrobów cienkościennych (opakowań) z tworzyw sztucznych (polipropylenu-PP) w ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. Wobec powyższego poprzez realizację niniejsz. projektu Wnioskod. wdroży wyniki przeprowadz. prac B+R,a tym samym technologię MuCell (polegającą na wtrysku tworzywa w postaci polipropylenu-PP z wykorzystaniem gazu) do swojej produkcji,przez co uzyska efekt zasadn. zmiany procesu produkcji (polegający na zmianie wszystkich parametrów produkcji) oraz dywersyfikacji działalności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty znacząco ulepszonych produktów końcowych w postaci opakowań z PP.Wyniki ww.badań,które zawarto w Raporcie z dn.27.03.2016r. (Zał.nr 14.2 do Wn. o dof.) potwierdziły zasadność i użyteczność przyjętej przez Wnioskodawcę koncepcji technolog. polegającej na zastosow. ww. technologii (MuCell) w produkcji opakowań cienkościennych (pojemników o pojemn. 1,3,10 i 20l.) . Powyższe działanie znalazło efekt poprzez złożony przez Wnioskodawcę w dn.12.10.2016r. do Urz.Patent. RP Wniosek o udziel. patentu na wynalazek w postaci pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego (przeznaczonego do pakowania artykułów spożywcz., chemicz. i budowl.) i sposobu wytwarzania pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego (Zgłosz. patent. w Zał.nr14.4 do Wn.odof.). W celu realizacji nin. zamierzenia ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. dokona zakupu nowoczes. urządzeń (określ.w Zał. nr5 do Wn.odof./w sekcji H Wn.odof.),co pozwoli wdrożyć ww. innowację procesową i produktową.
