The purpose of the planned project is to create an attractive area for doing business by building a comprehensive technical infrastructure in the investment areas of the Toruń Technology Park at ul. Gen. Andersa in Toruń. Investor is Toruńska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. — an entity with experience in a similar project through which the site at ul. The investors in Włocławek/Alexandria in Toruń have been fully completed by the investors in TPT. As a result of the project, an investment area will be prepared for economic operators with different profiles (service facilities, storage, as foreseen in the Urban Development Plan) in separate parcels with a total area of 16.83 ha. The location of the Toruń Technology Park at ul. Gen. Andersa in Toruń takes into account the current trends in business exit from town centres on their perimeter. The project is characterised by its high potential, as a result of the fact that there is a high level of communication on the ground in relation to the existing lines of communication, guaranteeing appropriate access and development. The planned investment was located in the south-west of the city of Toruñ, between ul. Anders, South Toruń southern bypass — section of the S-10 national road, and ul. Poznańska. The project comprises an area selected to be downgraded and provided by the City of Toruń to regenerate. The scope of the site will include, but not be limited to: construction of roads with pavements, cycle paths, pedestrian and cycle paths, street lighting, sanitary sewage, rainwater, mains and hydrant, gas network, upgrading of the energy network, construction of a telematic network. In addition, the site will be adequately prepared, inter alia, through planting green and research. The necessary documentation will be drawn up. (English) | |||

Celem planowanego projektu jest stworzenie atrakcyjnego obszaru do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej poprzez budowę kompleksowej infrastruktury technicznej na terenach inwestycyjnych Toruńskiego Parku Technologicznego przy ul. Gen. W. Andersa w Toruniu. Inwestorem jest Toruńska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. – podmiot posiadający doświadczenie w analogicznym projekcie, dzięki któremu teren przy ul. Włocławskiej/Aleksandrowskiej w Toruniu został w pełni wypełniony Inwestorami w ramach TPT. W wyniku realizacji projektu przygotowany zostanie teren inwestycyjny dla podmiotów gospodarczych o różnym profilu (obiekty usługowo - produkcyjne, magazynowe, co przewiduje Miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego) na wydzielonych działkach o łącznej powierzchni 16,83 ha. Lokalizacja Toruńskiego Parku Technologicznego przy ul. Gen. W. Andersa w Toruniu uwzględnia aktualne trendy dotyczące wyprowadzenia działalności gospodarczej z centrów miejscowości na ich obrzeża. Projekt charakteryzuje się dużym potencjałem chociażby ze względu na dogodne położenie komunikacyjne terenu względem istniejących ciągów komunikacyjnych, gwarantujące właściwy dostęp i sprzyjający intensywnemu rozwojowi. Pod planowaną inwestycję przeznaczono teren położony w południowo - zachodniej części miasta Toruń, pomiędzy ul. Andersa, południową obwodnicą Torunia - fragment drogi krajowej S-10, a ul. Poznańską. Projekt obejmuje obszar wytypowany jako zdegradowany i przewidziany przez Miasto Toruń do rewitalizacji. Zakres uzbrojenia terenu obejmować będzie m.in.: budowę dróg wraz z chodnikami, ścieżkami rowerowymi, ciągami pieszo-rowerowymi, oświetlenia dróg, kanalizacji sanitarnej, deszczowej, wodociągowej i hydrantowej, sieci gazowej , przebudowę sieci energetycznej, budowę sieci teletechnicznej. Ponadto teren zostanie odpowiednio przygotowany m.in. poprzez nasadzenia zieleni i badania. Opracowana zostanie potrzebna dokumentacja. (Polish)
