The project entitled ‘Revitalisation of public spaces through the completion of an amphitheatre and the management of the site at the City of Kaunas city centre of Kaunas of Pomorskie’ refers to urban regeneration projects within the framework of integrated territorial investment. The realisation of the investment — through the expansion of the existing IRSG building together with the management of the site — will contribute to the recovery from the crisis of degraded areas. By reconstructing the infrastructure, the major social and economic problems in the regenerated area resulting from the Municipal Rehabilitation Programme of the City of Kaunas of Pomerania for the period 2015-2023 will be remedied. Training, cultural and recreational offers will be developed along with the development of appropriate infrastructure — contributing to social activity and social recovery, promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination. The project covers the development of the area of the MGOK site in the Pomorskie city of Kaunas of Freedom of Freedom 13, on plots Nos 156/1 and 156/3. In the area of the investment, the following facilities will be constructed (extension, refurbishment) of the following facilities: -amphitheater building, an open-air camera building, and the investment provides for the construction of transport lines, fitting of benches and the lighting of the pressure tower. in conclusion, the implementation of the project will contribute to reducing poverty and social exclusion (such as remoteness from the labour market, degradation of areas, insufficient access to quality social services), including by improving the conditions for the participation of vulnerable people in social and economic life. Projekt pn."Rewitalizacja przestrzeni publicznej poprzez dobudowanie amfiteatru wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu przy Miejsko-Gminnym Ośrodku Kultury w Kowalewie Pomorskim" dotyczy przedsięwzięcia z zakresu rewitalizacji obszarów miejskich w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych . Realizacja inwestycji - poprzez rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku MGOK-u wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu - przyczyni się do wyprowadzania ze stanu kryzysowego obszarów zdegradowanych. Poprzez zrewitalizowanie infrastruktury - nastąpi niwelacja istotnych problemów społecznych i gospodarczych na obszarze rewitalizowanym wynikającym z Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji Miasta i Gminy Kowalewo Pomorskie na lata 2015-2023. Nastąpi rozwój oferty szkoleniowej, kulturalnej i rekreacyjnej wraz z rozwojem odpowiedniej infrastruktury - przyczyniający się do wzrostu aktywności społecznej i ożywienia społecznego, promowania włączenia społecznego, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Przedsięwzięcie swoim zakresem obejmuje zagospodarowanie terenu MGOK w Kowalewie Pomorskim przy Placu Wolności 13, na działkach nr 156/1 i 156/3. Na terenie inwestycji zostaną wybudowane (rozbudowa, przebudowa) następujące obiekty:-budynek amfiteatru,- plenerowa sala kameralna,ponadto inwestycja przewiduje wykonanie ciągów komunikacyjnych, montaż ławek oraz podświetlenia wieży ciśnień.Podsumowując, realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia poziomu ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego (związanego m. in. z oddaleniem od rynku pracy, degradacją obszarów, niewystarczającym dostępem do dobrej jakości usług społecznych), w tym poprzez poprawę warunków uczestnictwa osób w trudnej sytuacji w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym.
