The project is a response to the individually diagnosed demand of 7 vocational training schools (within 5 school clusters) for which the district authority is Głogowski. As a result of meetings in the period of the IX-X’ 17 School Directorate with the Leader representative (hereinafter UPEMI), the most effective solutions were established for the diagnosed development needs of the students/teachers (U) in the field of vocational training and for teachers (N) and for schools, including employers’ expectations and the needs of the local/regional labour market (UPEMI). As a result, the partnership concept has been developed, UPEMI Leader — an organisation with extensive experience in establishing cooperation and matching schools with the socio-economic environment. The project is 1000U and 50N from the schools: The Leonardo da Vinci Team in Głogów (Technical College, School I Stoponia), Technical College No 6 in Głogów, the Jan Wyżykowski School in Głogów (Tech.), The John Paul II Economic School Complex in Głogów (Tech. and BSIS), the Technical School Complex in Głogów (Tech. and BSIS), the Technical School Complex in Głogów (Tech. and BSIS), the Technical School Complex in Głogów (Tech.). Support will result in the acquisition/raising by U of competences, skills expected by the local/regional labour market. The aim of the project is to adapt the competences that make them attractive as workers, thus increasing their chances on the labour market. This will be reinforced through the support of teachers/vocational training courses and the provision of conditions in schools that reflect the natural working environment. The main forms of support for the implementation of traineeships (including for N), the organisation of additional activities/workshops/courses of professional or professional training, including at universities, professional equipment and professional training activities of N. All forms will be carried out at any stage, in close cooperation with the socio-economic environment, including in particular employers (English) | |||

Projekt to odpowiedź na indywidualnie zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie 7 Szkół kształcenia zawodowego (w ramach 5 zespołów szkół) dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Głogowskiego. W wyniku spotkań w okresie IX-X’17 dyrekcji szkół z reprezentantami Lidera (dalej UPEMI) ustalono najbardziej efektywne rozwiązania w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów/uczennic (U) w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego oraz nauczycieli/ek (N) jak i szkół, w tym oczekiwań pracodawców i potrzeb lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy (diag.-UPEMI). W efekcie wypracowano koncepcję partnerskiego projektu, liderem UPEMI - organizacja posiadająca bogate doświadczenie w zakresie nawiązywania współpracy i kojarzenia szkół z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym. Projekt dedykowany jest 1000U i 50N ze szkół: Zespół Szkół Samochodowych i Budowlanych im. Leonarda da Vinci w Głogowie (Technikum, Branżowa Szkoła I Stopnia), Technikum nr 6 w Głogowie, Zespół Szkół im. Jana Wyżykowskiego w Głogowie (Tech.), Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych im. Jana Pawła II w Głogowie (Tech. i BSIS), Zespół Szkół Politechnicznych w Głogowie (Tech.). Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności oczekiwanych przez pracodawców lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest dostosowanie kompetencyjne które, uatrakcyjni ich jako pracowników, tym samym zwiększą się ich szanse na rynku pracy. Działania powyższe zostaną wzmocnione poprzez wsparcie nauczycieli/ek kształcenia zawodowego oraz zapewnienie w szkołach warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne środowisko pracy. Za główne formy wsparcia obrano realizację staży zawodowych (w tym dla N), organizację dodatkowych zajęć/warsztatów/kursów specjalisty czy zawodowych w tym prowadzonych na uczelniach, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych oraz działania ukierunkowane na doskonalenie zawodowe N. Wszystkie formy będą realizowane na każdym ich etapie w ścisłej współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym w tym przede wszystkim z pracodawcami (Polish)
