The project focuses on the advisory support of LumiDatis to stimulate technology transfer, establish and maintain networks with the economic environment, organise meetings with representatives of the scientific and economic community to initiate the commercialisation of research results and bring about the increase in the business competences of staff. LumiDatis was established in 2015 to commercialise research into the age of historical and geological sites. The company offers an absolute and authentication service. The method offered is relatively poorly known for the preservation of works of art, heritage experts and archaeologists, so the company does not exploit its potential and so far it is mainly in geology. The use of advisory support to create and maintain a network between researchers and the economic environment will lead to the recognisability of the LumDatiis in the environmental industries and to engage directly with the business community. By disseminating knowledge on the research methods offered by the company as part of their meetings with representatives of the scientific and economic community, there will be, on the one hand, the creation of new areas of the market for potential recipients of services and, on the other, increasing the business qualifications of the company’s staff and increasing the efficiency of the transfer of the results of research into the commercial sphere. The project also includes action to support the Applicant on the conclusion of contracts for business and research cooperation (R & D), the security of intellectual property and the training of business practices enhancing company performance. Przedmiotem projektu jest wsparcie doradcze firmy LumiDatis dotyczące pobudzania transferu technologii, nawiązywania i utrzymywania sieci kontaktów z otoczeniem gospodarczym, organizacji spotkań z przedstawicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego służących inicjowaniu procesów komercjalizacji wyników badań oraz spowodowanie wzrostu kompetencji biznesowych kadry. Firma LumiDatis powstała w 2015 r. w celu komercjalizacji badań polegających na określaniu wieku obiektów zabytkowych i geologicznych metodami luminescencyjnymi. Firma oferuje usługi polegające na datowaniu bezwzględnym i weryfikacji autentyczności. Oferowana metoda jest stosunkowo słabo znana w kręgach konserwatorów dzieł sztuki, zabytkoznawców i archeologów, dlatego firma nie wykorzystuje swojego potencjału i do tej pory realizuje datowania głównie w dziedzinie geologii. Wykorzystanie wsparcia doradczego w kreowaniu i utrzymywaniu sieci powiązań między naukowcami a otoczeniem gospodarczym doprowadzi do rozpoznawalności LumiDatis w środowisku firm z branży ochrony zabytków i do nawiązania bezpośrednich kontaktów z przedsiębiorcami. Poprzez rozpowszechnienie wiedzy dotyczącej oferowanych przez firmę metod badawczych w ramach organizowanych spotkań z przedstawicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, z jednej strony dojdzie do stworzenia nowych obszarów rynku potencjalnych usługobiorców, a z drugiej do podniesienia kwalifikacji biznesowych kadr firmy oraz wzrostu efektywności przeniesienia wyników badań w sferę komercyjną. Projekt obejmuje także podjęcie działań wspierających Wnioskodawcę w sprawach zawierania umów dotyczących biznesowej współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, bezpieczeństwa własności intelektualnej oraz wykształcenie praktyk biznesowych podnoszących efektywność firmy.
