The project is aimed at 216 (116 K, 100 M) of the unemployed and economically inactive adults who are disadvantaged in the ICT labour market, who are in the following districts: miners, beef, Lwówek, Jaworski, łotys, Lubański, gold, Legnicka Earth, Seleniowski, Zlozowski, Łożski wępowski, and the cloves. These districts have a rate of unemployment exceeding 150 % of the unemployment rate for the Dolnoslaskie region (GUS, 2014). At least 60 % of participants will be in rural areas/districts. the project will implement high-quality computer training, adapted to the needs and capacities of the target group, for the period of 2017. The course is based on the basis of over-reported trainers and includes in this respect the acquisition of 21 competences in the area of Digital Competence Competence Framework 5 (areas: information, communication, creation of content, safety, resolution of problems). ‘ECDL BASE — Baseline’ covers 101 teaching hours from Area 4 of the Thematic Area Modules of which the examinations are being carried out. These are ECDL B1 — Basics of work with a computer, ECDL B2 — Basics of work in the network, ECDL B3 — Processing of texts, ECDL B4 — Velcro. (English)

    Projekt skierowany jest do 216 (116 K, 100 M) dorosłych osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo o niskich kwalifikacjach.Projektem obejmuje osoby będące w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w zakresie ICT, zamieszkujące powiaty: górowski, wołowski, lwówecki, jaworski,jeleniogórski ziemski, lubański, złotoryjski, legnicki ziemski, dzierżoniowski, kłodzki, wałbrzyski ziemski oraz ząbkowicki. Powiaty te cechują się stopą bezrobociaprzekraczającą 150% stopy bezrobocia dla woj. dolnośląskiego (GUS za 2014 r). Co najmniej 60% uczestników będzie z obszarów wiejskich w/w powiatów.Projekt zakłada w okresie 2017r. realizację wysokiej jakości szkoleń komputerowych, dostosowanych do potrzeb i możliwości grupy docelowej. Kurs jest prowadzony od podstaw przezdoświadczonych trenerów i obejmuje w sym zakresie zdobycie 21 kompetencji w ramach 5 obszarówDigital Competence Framework (obszary:Informacja,Komunikacja,Tworzenie treści,Bezpieczeństwo, Rozwiązywanie problemów)."ECDL BASE - poziom podstawowy" obejmuje 101 godzin dydaktycznych z obszaru 4 modułów zagadnień tematycznych, z których zdawane są egzaminy. Są to:ECDL B1 - Podstawy pracy z komputerem,ECDL B2 - Podstawy pracy w sieci,ECDL B3 - Przetwarzanie tekstów,ECDL B4 - Arkusze kalkulacyjne.Szkolenia zakończą się zakończą się egzaminem zewnętrznym i wydaniem certyfikatu potwierdzającego zdobycie przez min. 70% uczestników projektu kompetencji w zakresieposługiwania się technologiami komunikacyjnymi na poziomie podstawowym.
