The project aims to create new and sustainable jobs and thus counteract inactivity and unemployment by mobilising 110 participants (60 women, 50 men) by providing support for training and advice and allocating funding for starting an economic activity, at least 100 of them. The project is aimed at people who are unemployed. 30. those in the specific situation of the labour market, i.e. the low-skilled, women, persons aged 50 and over, the long-term unemployed, who live only in the area of war in Dolnoslaskie, at least 30 % of the participants live in the areas covered by the regeneration programmes and 40 % are in rural areas. The project makes it possible to take part in the project. They prefer their participation, as well as women’s participation, as they are particularly disadvantaged in the labour market. Duration of the project: September 2017 — July 2019 The project will be implemented through a planned follow up — recruitment of participants (including a diagnosis of the suitability for a self-moving business), providing training and advisory support, assessing applications for start-up measures, granting of funds, providing bridge support (financial and training and advisory support). Participants will be prepared for a rational, efficient conduct of their business during the training cycle 1) on general affairs about 2) oriented towards the profile of the participant’s future business activity with workshops and individual advisory services. In addition to strengthening the competences of participants, providing practical skills for their own business, it will be easier to get soft skills, for example, to deal with difficult situations, team cooperation, working arrangements, communication. Projekt ma na celu utworzenie nowych i trwałych miejsc pracy, a co za tym idzie, przeciwdziała bierności zawodowej oraz bezrobociu poprzez zaktywizowanie zawodowe 110 uczestników (60 kobiet, 50 mężczyzn) dzięki udzieleniu wsparcia szkoleniowo-doradczego i przyznaniu środków finansowych na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej min. 100 z nich. Projekt jest adresowany do osób pozostających bez pracy pow. 30 r.ż. znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. do osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiet, osób, które ukończyły 50 rok życia, niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, wyłącznie zamieszkujących obszar woj.dolnośląskiego, min. 30% uczestników zamieszkuje tereny objęte programami rewitalizacji, a 40% - obszary wiejskie. Projekt umożliwia wzięcie w nim udziału osobom niepełnosprawnym. Preferuje ich udział, podobnie jak udział kobiet, gdyż są to grupy szczególnie defaworyzowane na rynku pracy. Okres realizacji projektu: wrzesień 2017 - lipiec 2019. Założenia projektu będą zrealizowane poprzez wykonanie zaplanowanych po sobie działań - rekrutację uczestników (w tym diagnoza predyspozycji do samodzielnego prowadz. działaln. gosp.), udzielenie wsparcia szkoleniowo-doradczego, ocenę wniosków o przyznanie środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, przyznanie środków, udzielenie wsparcia pomostowego (finansowego i szkoleniowo-doradczego). Uczestnicy zostaną przygotowani do racjonalnego, wydajnego prowadzenia własnej działalności gospodarczej podczas cyklu szkoleń 1) o tematyce ogólnobiznesowej 2) zorientowanych pod kątem profilu przyszłej działalności gospodarczej uczestnika z zajęciami warsztatowymi i indywidualną opieką doradczą. Korzyścią dodatkowo wzmacniającą kompetencje uczestników, obokpraktycznych umiejętności prowadzenia własnego biznesu, będzie uzyskanie tzw. umiejętności miękkich np. radzenia sobie w sytuacjach trudnych, współpracy w zespole, organizacji pracy, komunikacyjnych.
