Głównym problemem, na który odpowiedź stanowi projekt są niskie komp. kluczowe uczniów szkół w gminie Radków, oraz niezadawalające wyniki uczniów w/wszkoły z egz. zewnętrznych, które są poniżej średniej dla woj.dolnośląskiego. Problemem są również niewystarczające komp. zaw. nauczycieli do pracy z uczniami.Celem głównym proj. jest podniesienie u ucz. komp.kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętn. niezbędnych na rynku pracy min.90% uczniów:tj.72ucz(34dz,38ch),w tym zniwelow. deficyt. u 90 % ucz. tj.26(12 Dz,14CH) ze specj.potrz.eduk., w tym 2ucz(0dz,2ch) z niepełnospraw. poprzez realiz.zaj.dod. i specjalist. oraz podniesienie komp. zawodowych 100% n-li. tj. 14n-li(11K,3M) w gminie Radków w terminie do 30.06.2020r.Grupa docelowa to 80 ucz.(38dz,42ch) w tym 29ucz.(14dz, 15ch) ze specj.potrzeb.eduk.w tym.2ucz(0dz,2ch) z niepełnospr. oraz 14 n-li (11K,3M) ze szkołyZespołu Szkolno - Przedszkolnego w Ścinawce Dolnej.Realizalizowane będą zajęcia dodatkowe i dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów, zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów ze Specjalnymi Potrzebami Edukacyjnymi oraz szkolenia dla nauczycieli. Szkoły zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych zajęć oraz doposażone zostaną pracownie przedmiotowe.
