The project shall be an independent unit of analysis and shall include all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure as soon as the realisation of the physical scope of the infrastructure is completed. The material scope consists of: 1. Task No 1 — Thermomodernisation of the building with its replacement with a light exchange: replacement of CO; the exchange of the barrels of the windows; external door exchanges; replacement of windows to new; the insulation of external walls; steep warming; modernisation of lighting for energy efficient lighting. 2. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 4 budynków użyteczności publicznej, tj. Zespół Szkół Samochodowych i Budowlanych w Głogowie (3 budynki – Budynek Szkoły, Pawilon 1 i Pawilon 2) oraz Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Głogowie i Urząd Gminy Głogów (1 budynek zajmowany przez te instytucje).Projekt będzie realizowany w województwie dolnośląskim, powiecie głogowskim, mieście Głogów. Roboty budowlane nie zostały rozpoczęte. 1. ZSSiB: lokalizacja: ul. Piastowska 2A w Głogowie, działka nr 168 (020301_1.0007.168); przygotowanie do realizacji: pozwolenie na budowę: Decyzja Nr 494.2015 z dnia 04.09.2015 r. wydana przez Starostę Głogowskiego – projekt jest przygotowany do realizacji. 2. PUP i UG Głogów (1 budynek zajmowany przez te instytucje): lokalizacja: ul. Piaskowa 1 w Głogowie, działka nr 174 (020301_1.0007.174); przygotowanie do realizacji: Pozwolenie na budowę - Decyzja Nr 272 .2015 z dnia 19 maja 2015 r. wydana przez Starostę Głogowskiego. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania inwestycyjne niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury zaraz po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: 1. Zadanie nr 1 Termomodernizacja budynku wraz z wymianą oświetlania: wymiana instalacji CO; wymiana luksferów na okna; wymian drzwi zewnętrznych; wymiana okien na nowe; ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; ocieplenie stropodachu; modernizacja części oświetlenia na oświetlenie energooszczędne. 2. Zadanie nr 2 Termomodernizacja ZSzSiB – Budynek szkoły: – modernizacja przegrody ściana zewnętrzna sali sportowej, ściana zewnętrzna od parteru w górę, ściana zewnętrzna piwnica, strop zewnętrznych, podłoga na gruncie, wentylacja grawitacyjna. 3. Zadanie nr 3 Termomodernizacja ZSzSiB – Pawilon I: – modernizacja przegrody ściana zewnętrzna od parteru w górę, strop zewnętrznych, podłoga na gruncie, wentylacja grawitacyjna OZ1, wentylacja grawitacyjna DZ2. 4.
