The aim of the project is to increase the employment of persons aged 30 and above who are unemployed in the county. The main result of the project will be the employment of 40 people registered in the PLO. The project will support people from the age of 30, who are unemployed, registered as unemployed, who are in a particular situation in the labour market, i.e. older people aged 50 years, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and low-skilled people belonging to groups I or II to be rejected from the labour market (called “support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie jaworskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 40 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia, pozostające bez zatrudnienia, zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osoby starsze po 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz niskowykwalifikowane, należące do I lub II grupy oddalenia od rynku pracy (tzw. wymagające wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
