The project will be carried out within the framework of the Partnership Contract. Project management will be entrusted to the Contract Engineer. The project will be implemented by the Project Team: Applicant, Administrator, Supervisor, Investment Supervision Inspector; Contract Engineer. The aim of the project is to improve the housing conditions of people living in multi-apartment residential buildings located in the Inner City in Świebodach. This will be achieved through specific objectives: 1. Improvement of the conditions for the use of residential buildings, 2. Improved accessibility for persons with disabilities. The objective will be achieved by the renovation and renovation of the degraded multi-occupancy residential buildings covered by the project. The target group of the project is the residents of Świebodzac, people living in multi-apartment residential buildings covered by the renovation and refurbishment of the project. The object of the project is the renovation and renovation of multi-family residential buildings (including repairs of the façade, roofs, staircases and installations). In two buildings, actions will be carried out to improve energy efficiency — the replacement of windows in common parts on PVC. In the context of the renovation and renovation works, the applicant has worked for specific groups of disability: persons who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, blind and have difficulties in moving, including those on wheelchair. The solutions proposed will also be effective for others, such as parents with prams, elderly people travelling with headphones, singers and others. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach umowy partnerskiej. Zarządzanie Projektem będzie powierzone Inżynierowi Kontraktu. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Zespół Projektu: Przedstawiciel Wnioskodawcy, Przedstawiciel Zarządcy, Inspektor Nadzoru Inwestycyjnego; Inżynier Kontraktu. Celem projektu jest poprawa warunków mieszkaniowych osób zamieszkujących wielorodzinne budynki mieszkalne położone w Śródmieściu w Świebodzicach. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych: 1. Poprawę warunków użytkowania budynków mieszkalnych, 2. Poprawę dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych budynków mieszkalnych. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez remont i odnowę zdegradowanych wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych objętych projektem. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią mieszkańcy Świebodzic, osoby zamieszkujące budynki mieszkalne wielorodzinne objęte remontem i odnową w ramach projektu. Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i odnowa wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych (w tym remonty elewacji, dachów, klatek schodowych i instalacji). W dwóch budynkach będą prowadzone działania poprawiające efektywność energetyczną – wymiana okien w częściach wspólnych na PCV. W ramach remontu i odnowy Wnioskodawca przygotował działania z myślą o poszczególnych grupach niepełnosprawności: osobach niewidomych, słabowidzących, głuchych, słabosłyszących i mających trudności w poruszaniu się, w tym przemieszczających się na wózkach. Zaproponowane rozwiązania będą skuteczne także dla innych osób, na przykład rodziców z wózkami dziecięcymi, osoby starsze, przemieszczających się ze słuchawkami na uszach, śpieszących się i innych.
