The territory covered by the project is registered in the Register of Monuments of the Provincial Monuments in Wrocław in Wrocław (A/1851/386, dated: 25.11.1956). The material scope consists of: • adaptation of the plants and surface area so called The “Old Slaughterhouse” and the fitting-out of premises• the renovation of the Community’s 17 Housing Building and the alignment of the corridor• the renovation of the Szewska Street as a communication course leading to the site. The project also includes a feasibility study, a construction and expert supervision, promotion. The project includes measures for the benefit of persons with disabilities, including the adaptation of entrances and toilets, the installation of the lift. The building is adjacent to the building, without architectural barriers and accessible to people with disabilities. Thanks to the project, the Old Reich building will be a place for social integration and cultural events. The building at the market 17 will make it possible to make available to the Old Reich the market. The project will therefore help to bring the new social, cultural and recreational functions to the works. The result of the project will be to: regeneration of the area. 0.21 ha, support 2 infrastructure facilities, employment growth — 1 FTE, overbuilding 0.12 km of road, 1 facilities adapted for people with disabilities. The project is a partnership. The Gmina Miliz is the project leader. Partners: the Merhens’ Foundation, Association of Instinence ‘Instinence’, Community of 17. The Municipality of Militia will carry out the tasks related to the adaptation of the “Old Reich”, equipment, renovation of ul. And making available new parking spaces. The ‘Merhens’ and the ‘Abinstinct’ Association will contribute to the project and make a substantive contribution to the project. The Community of 17 will be responsible for the work of the 17 Market. A team composed of employees of the Municipal Office in Militia will be set up for the implementation and management of the project. (English) | |||

rojekt realizowany będzie w centrum Milicza, w sąsiedztwie Rynku i ul. Szewskiej, na obszarze rewitalizowanym zgodnym z LPR, Obszar objęty projektem wpisany jest do Rejestru Zabytków Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków we Wrocławiu (A/1851/386 z dn. 25.11.1956 r.). Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: • adaptację obiektów i powierzchni tzw. „Starej Rzeźni” i wyposażenie pomieszczeń • remont budynku Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej Rynek 17 i dostosowanie korytarza • remont ulicy Szewskiej jako ciągu komunikacyjnego bezpośrednio prowadzącego do obiektu. Projektu obejmuje także studium wykonalności, nadzór budowlany i ekspercki, promocję. Projekt uwzględnia działania na rzecz osób niepełnosprawnych m.in. dostosowanie wejścia i toalet, montaż windy. Teren przyległy do budynku będzie pozbawiony barier architektonicznych i dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Dzięki realizacji projektu budynek Starej Rzeźni będzie miejscem integracji społecznej oraz wydarzeń kulturalnych. Budynek przy Rynku 17 umożliwi udostępnienie Starej Rzeźni od strony Rynku. W związku z czym projekt przyczyni się do nadania obiektom nowej funkcji społecznej, kulturalnej i rekreacyjnej. Efektem projektu będzie: rewitalizacja obszaru o pow. 0,21 ha, wsparcie 2 obiektów infrastruktury, wzrost zatrudnienia-1 EPC, przebudowanie 0,12 km drogi, 1 obiekt dostosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt jest partnerski. Liderem projektu jest Gmina Milicz. Partnerzy:Fundacja Merkury,Stowarzyszenie Abstynenckie "Abstynent", Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa Rynek 17. Gmina Milicz będzie realizować zadania związane z adaptacją „Starej Rzeźni”, wyposażeniem, remontem ul. Szewskiej i udostępnienie nowych miejsc parkingowych. Fundacja „Merkury” i Stowarzyszenie Abstynenckie "Abstynent" wniosą do projektu zasoby ludzkie i wkład merytoryczny. Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa Rynek 17 będzie odpowiedzialna za prace w budynku Rynku 17. Do realizacji i zarządzania projektem powołany zostanie zespół złożony z pracowników Urzędu Miejskiego w Milicz (Polish)
