The aim of the project is to improve the quality of operation of the Warsaw University of Technology in both education and management and to adapt the teaching provision to the needs of the labour market through the implementation of a comprehensive programme of activities to deliver student-centred education. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of training courses that take into account practical learning elements and combined with research. Specific objectives 1. Increasing the skills of students, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society (new courses of study and specialisation and adapting existing courses to the needs of the economy, upgrading competences through additional courses and training courses for Stud., SAB) 2. Development of international education programmes (new courses of study and specialty and existing changes) 3. The capacity of the scientific and scientific staff (didactic competence) of 4. Supporting organisational changes in strengthening the management of universities and managing quality of education through the use of the results of social and economic research to improve the quality of education and the implementation of systemic changes in the education process in the IR, taking into account the needs and expectations of the social and economic environment (5). The reinforcement of the CI’s managerial and administrative competencies in terms of management tasks during the project is 48 months (KD8) and all scheduled tasks will be implemented between February 2018 and January 2022. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości funkcjonowania Politechniki Warszawskiej zarówno w obszarze kształcenia, jak i zarządzania, oraz dostosowanie oferty dydaktycznej Uczelni do potrzeb rynku pracy, poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego programu działań na rzecz realizacji kształcenia zorientowanego na studenta. Realizacja Projektu przyczyni się do rozwijania kształcenia wykorzystującego praktyczne elementy nauczania oraz połączonego z badaniami naukowymi. Cele szczegółowe:1. Podniesienie kompetencji studentów, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa (nowe kierunki studiów i specjalności oraz dostosowanie istniejących studiów do potrzeb gospodarki, podnoszenie kompetencji dzięki dodatkowym kursom i szkoleniom dla stud., doradztwo BK)2. Rozwijanie międzynarodowych programów kształcenia (nowe kierunki studiów i specjalności anglojęz. oraz modyfikacje istniejących)3. Wzmocnienie potencjału dydaktyczno-naukowego kadry (kompetencje dydaktyczne)4. Wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych w zakresie wzmocnienia zarządzania uczelnią oraz zarządzania jakością kształcenia poprzez wykorzystanie wyników badań społecznych i ekonomicznych na rzecz podniesienia jakości kształcenia oraz wdrożenia systemowych zmian w procesie kształcenia w PW, uwzględniając potrzeby i oczekiwania otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego5.
