The objective of the headline project to improve the articulation and implementation of an inprograming of the Uczalniaoraulatiaforzeinaulaginaforzeinai of the village of MonotorCentrumSyulagulaMedyczny for the purpose of the maintenance of the equipment, suitable simulation rooms will be set up with the aim of adapting the equipment and the renewal of the infrastructure. They shall be fitted with medical and associated associated simulators, medical devices,/or audio/video frames. This will enable activities to be carried out on the basis of medical simulation methods. In the first year the project starts. The additional training workshops and train-the-trainer workshops to establish a programme of studies to be funded will involve the implementation of simulation methods. A programme of studies will be carried out in the course of the study programme in accordance with Article 2745 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The project will improve the quality of education. As part of the qualitative assessment, the introduction as a mandatory objective examination of the structured OSCE.Principle of equal opportunities of the sexes will be pursued through the project in the following areas: increasing the participation of K in employment and career development, combating feminisation, reducing gender-based segregation, combating gender stereotypes in education and training and in the labour market, the timetable for training will be designed to enable both men and women to reconcile work and family life. Zostanąwyposażonewzaawansowanesymulatorypacjenta,sprzętmedyczny,systemyaudio-videoitp. Da to możliwość prowadzenie zajęć wdrażanymi metodami symulacji medycznej. Szkolonakadratechnicznaodpowiedniowykorzystasprzętipodtrzymajegotrwałośćifunkcjonalność.Kadradydaktyczna szkolonatechnikamisymulacjimedycznejodpowiednio wykorzystapowstałąinfrastrukturę technicznąwprowadzinowetechnikidoprogramukształcenianakierunkupielęgniarstwo.Zostanąprzygotowanescenariusze symuacyjnektóre będąrealizowały efektykształcenia.Zmianasylabusówidostosowaniesiatkigodzin nastąpi już w pierwszym roku rozpoczęcia projektu.Częścgodzinzajęćpraktycznych będzierealizowanametodamisymulacji. Dodatkowewarsztaty iszkoleniadlastudentówkierunkówmedycznychuczelniorazuruchomionekształceniewramachprogramu studiów będzie obejmowało realizację metodami symulacji. Łącznie w programie studiów zostanie zrealizowane 2745 hzajęć symulacyjnych w MCSM.Opracowanypodręczniksymulacjiiczęśće-lerningowaorazbazascenariuszysymulacyjnychpołączonazaplikacją wspomagającąnauczaniebędą dostępnądlastudentów. Realizacja projektu podniesie jakość kształcenia. Elementem oceny jakościbędzie wprowadzenie jako obowiązkowego obiektywnego egzaminu strukturyzowanego OSCE.Zasada równości szans płci będzie realizowana poprzez projekt w następujących obszarach: zwiększenie udziału K w zatrudnieniu i rozwoju kariery,zwalczanie feminizacji, ograniczanie segregacji ze względu na płeć, zwalczanie stereotypów związanych z płcią w obszarze kształcenia i szkolenia oraz na rynku pracy, harmonogram szkoleń zostanie przygotowany tak by zarówno mężczyźni, jak i kobiety mieli możliwość pogodzenia życia zawodowego i rodzinnego.
