Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os.młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostajacych bez pracy w pow.gryfińskim. Gł.rezultatem pr.bedzie podjecie zatrudn.przez 93 os.zarejestr.w PUP Gryfino. W ramach proj. dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw.poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zaw. danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy o których mowa w Ust.o promocji zatrudnienia... Działania w ramach pr. realizują: ? cel tematycz.8 -Promow.trwałego i wysok.jakości zatrudn.oraz wsparcie mobilności pracownik. ? prioryt.inwestyc.8.ii Pr.dostos.do wymogów: ? formal.obowiązuj.w POWER 14-20 ? Syst.Realiz. POWER 14-20 Pr.realiz.zg.z zasadami z Wytyczn.w zakres.realiz.przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 14-20 Udziel.wsparcie w ramach pr. każdorazowo poprzedone identyfikacją potrzeb uczestnika pr. przez opracowanie/aktualizację Indywidual.
