    Celem gł. proj. jest zdobywanie i doskonalenie przez 60 os. młodych do 29 r. ż., mieszk. pow. słupskiego i m. Słupska umiejętności społ. ważnych na r. pracy, którzy poprzez kompleksową aktywizację eduk. oraz uczestnictwo w org. pozarz. na rzecz wspólnot lok. a także wolontariat prowadz.w okresie od 05.2019 do 03.2021 r. i z których 90% (24K i 30M) po zakończeniu udziału w proj. podniesie kompetencje społ. przydatne na r.pracy.Dzięki realizacji proj. wspólnie z org. pozarząd. z pow. słupskiego zostaną osiągnięte rezultaty zakł. uzysk. lub rozwinięcie przez min. 54os. (24K,30M) po opuszczeniu programu kompetencji, co zwiększy ich akt. społ. i szanse na r. pracy. Zaplanowane wsparcie eduk. zapewni kompleks. wsparcie UP. Dokonanie weryfikacji wstępnej określi predyspozycje i preferencje UP i pozwoli na zaprojektowanie ścieżki dalszego rozwoju. Organizacja szkoleń pod opieką mentora, przygotowanie koncepcji i realizacja inicjatyw przyg. przez UP na rzecz społ. lok., udział w wyjazdach i dział. wolontaryst. oraz przynależność do org.społ. (całość kończąca się uzysk. świadectwa ukończenia wraz z opisową oceną wystawioną przez opiek. na bazie inf. uzysk. w poszcz. etapach) w ścisłej współpracy z lok. org. .zapewni zdobycie i rozwój kompet. społ oraz wykorzystanie ich w praktycznym działaniu na rzecz określ. wspólnoty lokalnej.
