The aim of the project is to raise the level of social skills in the labour market among the 60 students of the last two years of secondary education through their participation in 96 hours of mentoring and social activities in favour of the local community between October 2018 and March 2019 in 3 selected towns in Lubelskie Province and Warsaw. the project will involve 25 women and 35 men each, after 20 participants in each of the 3 project editions.The project involves the maximum ownership of participants and a learning model for learning by doing. each generation will take place in a different town of Lubelskie, in the 3 largest cities:Lublin, Zamość and Chełm (because of the best arrival from the surrounding localities) or in the locations from which the highest number of participantswill be recruited will consist of the following sections: 1.48 hours workshop for social skills — classes of practical interactive methods, screenwriters, case studies etc. 2.Individual meetings with a psychologist — 3 meetings x 2 hours teaching (individual work to strengthen social competences, development of Individual Development Reports) 3.Social Change Planning Workshop — 32 hours teaching staff — preparation by participants and project participants for the local community 4.Job-shadowing in local NGOs — 20 h cres5.Implementation of local projects depending on the complexity of the projects6.Job-shadowing by partner companies for 30 UP — 20 h clock movements — each of the participants and participants will be supported for 6 months.From the start of the project, all participants in the project have provided support from the beginning of their participation to the project throughout the lifetime of the support (1 guardian for a maximum of 5 participants), a psychologist (1 x 2h meeting x 3 months), a mentor (from step 3, in the course of the implementation of local projects and job-shadowing within partner companies) and a supervisor for the NGO community. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu umiejętności społecznych ważnych na rynku pracy wśród 60 uczniów dwóch ostatnich lat szkół średnich poprzez ich uczestnictwo w 96 h zajęć mentoringowych oraz społecznych na rzecz społeczności lokalnej w okresie od października 2018 r. domarca 2019 r. w 3 wybranych miejscowościach w woj. lubelskim oraz Warszawie.W projekcie uczestniczyć będzie 25 kobiet i 35 mężczyzn, po 20 osób w każdej z 3 edycji projektu. Projekt zakłada maksymalną podmiotowość uczestników oraz pracę w modelu learning by doing (nauka przez działanie).Każda edycja odbywać się będzie w innej miejscowości w woj. lubelskim - w 3 największych miastach: Lublinie, Zamościu i Chełmie (ze względu na najlepszy dojazd z okolicznych miejscowości) lub w miejscowościach, z których zrekrutowana zostanie największa liczba uczestników.Każda edycja składać się będzie z następujących części:1. Warsztaty Umiejętności Społecznych - 48 h dydaktycznych - zajęcia praktyczne metodami interaktywnymi, scenki, case studies itp.2. Indywidualne spotkania z psychologiem - 3 spotkania x 2 h dydaktyczne (indywidualna praca nad podniesieniem kompetencji społecznych, wypracowanie Indywidualnej Ścieżki Rozwoju)3. Warsztaty Planowania Zmiany Społecznej - 32 h dydaktyczne - przygotowanie przez uczestników i uczestniczki projektów na rzecz społeczności lokalnej4. Job-shadowing w lokalnych organizacjach pozarządowych - 20 h zegarowych5. Realizacja projektów lokalnych - w zależności od złożoności projektów6. Job-shadowing wfirmach partnerskich dla 30 UP - 20 h zegarowychKażdy z uczestników i uczestniczek zostanie objęty wsparciem przez 6 miesięcy. Od początku uczestnictwa w projekcie przez cały czas trwania wsparcia każdy uczestnik/-czka będzie miał zapewnione wsparcie opiekuna (1 opiekun na max. 5 uczestników), psychologa (1 x 2h spotkanie x 3 m-ce), mentora (od etapu 3., podczas realizacji projektów lokalnych oraz job-shadowing w firmach partnerskich) oraz opiekuna job-shadowing w NGO.
