Projekt stanowi skrupulatnie zaplanowane koncepcję będącą efektem wieloletnich doświadczeń i współpracy ponadnarodowej Partnerów z kraju i WB (synergia niemożliwa do osiągnięcia indywidualnie, wzajemność w finansowaniu). Jest odpowiedzią na potrzebę wygenerowania innowacji prowadzącej do trwałej poprawy sytuacji NEET dzięki nowatorskiemu podejściu do ich aktywizacji (TEMAT 1)CEL: wzmocnienie szans na zatrudnienie i trwałą integrację z rynkiem pracy os. młodych 15-29 lat, szczególnie NEET, poprzez wypracowanie w międzysektorowej współpracy ponadnar.
