The main aim of the project is to work with the Portuguese Partners to test and implement new solutions in the area of increasing access for persons aged 50 + to different forms of lifelong learning (6).Type of transnational cooperation:transfer of new solutions and their adaptation and implementation, exchange of information and experience. As a result of the Partnership work, a model solution is created:In order to invest in it, the Comprehensive Model will consist of 8 parts including a set of implementation procedures, EQF training programmes for 50 +, a guide for organisers and trainers, and good practices developed in the testing phase. The new solution will have the effect of finding a solution to the problem of a fairly well known problem that we cannot cope with. The focus will be on the motivation and interest stage, reducing barriers to access, developing knowledge and skills, including in particular key competences, and consequently changing the attitudes of participants. Two mainly target groups of the project should be identified:the recipients, i.e. persons aged 50 + (according to the data of the Central Statistical Office of the 50-69 age group in Poland, are close to 10 million) and users, i.e. entities engaged in the activities of LLL, labour market institutions and development services for enterprises.Using successful Portuguese solutions will avoid possible errors in the conception, testing and implementation of the model. The design and implementation of the model will follow the six steps set out in the Rules of Procedure:the development of an initial version, testing, evaluation of test results, the development of a final version of the model, implementation in practice and the development of recommendations for potential users.
