    Celem projektu jest opracowanie, przetestowanie i wdrożenie modelu kształcenia nauczycieli w pedagogice leśnej /Forest School Pedagogy, do aktywizacji zawodowej, przeciwdziałania wypaleniu zawodowemu nauczycieli i pracy w duchu idei Forest School, poprzez transfer rozwiązania realizowanego w Niemczech. Projekt odpowiada na cel szczegółowy PO WER w zakresie wdrożenia nowych rozwiązań, w szczególności z zakresu aktywizacji zawodowej, kształcenia przez całe życie, zwiększenia udziału mężczyzn w edukacji dzieci na etapie nauczania początkowego, dzięki współpracy z partnerem zagranicznym. Fores School Center to nowa modelowa usługa nie świadczona obecnie w Polsce, kluczowa dla nowoczesnej polityki systemu nauczania początkowego, skierowana do grupy docelowej (pedagodzy pozostający bez pracy, wracający na rynek pracy po urlopie wychowawczym lub pracujący lecz zmagający się z wypaleniem zawodowym) stanowiącej istotny element tego sytemu, a w przypadku najnowszej reformy szkolnictwa polskiego, będąca szansą wypełnienia luki w przestrzeni form kształcenia, w szczególności zwiększenia udziału edukacji holistycznej.
